Fraudulent
Fraudulent. Ordered mug that was supposed to be made from mineral - was made of plastic, and poorly made at that. Took close to a month to arrive getting here late for Christmas, but not without receiving marketing emails everyday asking me to buy more. I tried to cancel the order and they refused. And now they want me to jump thru hoops to get a refund. Cancel your PayPal complaint and send us the item back we will inspect it and decide if we will refund you? Really? They know what they advertised and what they shipped. Con artists from beginning to end.
