Ordered the product on December 21, 2024 arrive January 23, 2025, which wasn’t really too much of a problem. The problem was the cups aren’t even 8 ounces and they’re made of plastic not real stone. And they have metal drop ins. The cup still smells like paint. It’s a terrible scam.

Zero is actually more like it! I should have read the reviews prior to ordering so it is my bad. DO NOT order from this company. I too ordered the crystal mugs for Christmas presents. Not only did they come 6 weeks later, they were plastic with messy paint on them, small & smelled!! I could not give these as presents. I spent over $100 which went into the trash! They show a lovely video about how the crystal mugs are made & the different crystals you can get as mugs. This company is an absolute fraud!!!!

I would rate 0 stars if I could! Thought I was ordering real crystal mugs !!! First it took almost 3 months to get delivered. Just received today and they are made of a light weight plastic with a metal cup inside! They are useless and ugly!

If I could 0 stars, I would. Ordered on 11/29 as a Christmas gift. The only response from them was tracking from China that I am fairly certain is fake. Filed a dispute with PayPal on 1/03/2025 - suddenly on 01/17, the tracking shows it delivered on 12/27 (it was never delivered) and PayPal denies my claim! Now I have a claim with my credit card.

Every review listed below is accurate. NOT mineral, but plastic. NOT able to hold over 5-6 oz of liquids. COMPLETE SCAM!!!

I ordered one Taylor Swift decanter. I t did not come for Christmas. Then they sent me 2 more. I cannot get a return label and all I get is an automated response. I tried numerous times to call them, but I get a busy signal only . Do not buy from them

This company has got to be a joke. I’m being punked. The item that was advertised vs what they sent me is as similar as night and day. The coffee mug I received is 100% AWFUL, UGLY, and tiny. It’s sooooo bad. I’m disgusted.

Absolute trash. False advertising to the max. My cups i ordered look like a toddler's failed art project. And it took 2 months to arrive.

Never received my order. Then they lied and told me it was delivered. I was told to contact USPS, which I did. Tracking number that I was given doesn't exist in their system. So guess I got scammed.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. Bait and switch. Mugs are complete garbage and took over 4 weeks to get.

I purchased a Taylor Swift Stanley mug from this site. The listing clearly states it is a Stanley. Well, I received my order today and it’s not a Stanley, it’s a cheap mug that looks like it came from the dollar store. Order# 31612

This company is a complete scam. DON'T buy anything from them. I bought what I thought was a decent mug for my wife for Christmas in November it arrived in January from China. It looked NOTHING like what I thought I was getting and very small. I have been trying to get them to contact me and return my emails for a return but total silence. I can hardly even get their website to open anymore so I'm thinking they are doing something shady. Order #Order #19104 in the off chance they read this and will respond and be honorable.
