I called Wessex water as to be honest we have been struggling to pay it.. I was told that I qualify for a certain scheme and they set this up for me which has helped immensely, the lady I spoke to called Paige from bristol was helpful, understanding, friendly and empathetic, I came off the call feeling much happier and confident in being able to move forward with this. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future

Today, I dealt with Jackie - who was simply brilliant! I am in a delicate situation both financially and personally at present and Jackie was both attentive and understanding. We had a very brief break in the conversation whilst she went away to find the best solution for me and returned my call immediately afterwards Jackie has left me feeling re-assured, financially and emotionally safe and very clearly and concisely explained my options now and going forward. I had a query on my account which they quickly sorted with minimal stress on me.
We had a job to relocate the meter from our drive to the pavement as it was in the way. It was inspected by a helpful member of staff and it was arranged to start a few days later. The team headed up by Dan were superb, the job was difficult because it’s an old house and nothing was where it should be but throughout we were kept informed, it was done neatly and cleaned up where necessary. I can’t recommend more highly, if only every experience with a provider was so good.
