Ground Team 5 were booked to install our internet wire through the garden this morning. They arrived promptly at 8am, were a very jolly team who quickly installed the wire with minimal mess and were finished within the hour. Thank you.
The team arrived at my house to install full fibre to say I was nervous was an understatement I didn't know how it would progress, long story short absolutely no worries at all. I thought I knew it all but they knew more and went beyond my expectations. To summarise the team was very professional, polite, and just nice people, yes I would be happy to recommend Wessex Internet.
I spoke with Lucy who put me at ease and was knowledgeable with regard to my dilemma. A few changes made and all was working perfectly. Thank you.

Installation pretty disastrous. The first engineer managed not to inform me that the wiring was deficient so no connection, It needed three more engineer visits to get me connected. Early days but I am very disappointed by the speed and range. I feel I should have stayed with BT.

It’s early days yet ! …..but my experience of Wessex so far has been first class. Any queries I’ve had have been answered speedily by a knowledgeable person on the phone. The installation went without a hitch and considered all our wishes in terms of positioning of equipment and timing of installation. Good work.
From first point of contact yesterday to the resolution of my internet issues, the service I received was excellent. They went over and above to fix what was wrong, Will was absolutely brilliant in his step by step instructions and very patient even when the line kept dropping because of mobile signal problems. All in all a very satisfying customer experience. Well done Wessex Internet!
We had a problem with the Wi-Fi, Wessex Internet were great at sorting the problem and ensuring the Internet was working correctly, a very professional service.

As with other reviewers I've had bad experience with the nokia boosters. The Nokia router initially provided doesn't have the range that BT home hub has and a booster was the solution option but that combination had a number of service issues. Sen from Wessex internet Tech support continued to attempt resolution and eventually facilitated change out the Nokia kit for another brand which works fantastically. Would have been a 5 star review had the initial issue not been addressed earlier but now its both fast and reliable. Can't fault the tech support from Sen. Just a shame it took so long to address
The garden team arrived as five plus machinery. They explained how they were going to lay the fibre across our garden. I think they worked like trojans and made it look so easy. Then Jimmy arrived today to connect up the fibre to our hub. Again it was all done very professionally and neatly despite he was obviously suffering from a bad cold. I hope you're better by Monday Jimmy !
This is a review of the Special Projects Group section. What a cheery crew! And very obliging. I am a land manager giving access to WI so they can connect villages beyond the river Avon. It's a Grade 1 landscape and wedding venue and there were many sensitivities. From the initial surveys and negotiations with Tom through the various trench and laying tems with Reece, Jack, Russ, Will and more it has been a fine experience fully deserving 5*. My advice to other land managers is stick to your reasoning and Wessex will figure out a way to keep both sides happy.
From start to finish, we were dealt with a professional friendly team. Everything went smoothly and we are very happy with the internet service we now have. The very best since 2018 when we set up our business. Thank you Wessex Internet.
A first class service, started by a personal visit from the Direct Sales Agent who explained everything from signing up, to installation and testing. The garden team and the fitter were very efficient, obliging and completed the works to a high standard and on schedule. No complaints at all and all working fine. A great improvement from the old copper wire system - much faster and more reliable and it all came at a far more reasonable price.
After waiting for sometime I am very happy with the way in which everything was handled, the installation was handled professionally by a very nice team and when there was a small problem with connecting all our devices, sky, tv etc there was very obliging help at the end of the phone. Very impressed and the internet speed is staggering. Fabulous!
