No tracking for packages and found the item had been left outside of a block of flats (not inside the publicly accessible building at my door) Second item still has not shown up.
Better than going to the shop
I went into the Wimbledon branch of CeX last week. An off chance. I'd bought my mobile from their Kingston branch some while ago. I was passing the store during my shopping, so it was just on impulse, and I hoped that one of the staff could help me with my phone that wasn't charging up at all. My other spare one was being blocked by a rubbish cheap provider (which I will review soon) even though there was money on it, but they wanted more top ups. So, I had no functioning mobile. The CeX staff member who helped me was called Robert (I asked). He tested the charger. It was dead. He then replaced it for me free of charge. That led to his checking whether it was functioning properly. It was now. He then looked at my phone blocked by the rubbish company (never contactable) pushing for regular top-ups, but which still had plenty of money on it. Robert thought it best to dump them and cut my losses. He put a 'new' sim 7GB card in it by a well respected provider. It worked beautifully and I shall continue to use it. He took nothing for it. He spent time making sure all was working well and at no time was there any pressure or hinting to buy anything. I have been to other CeX branches when I wanted something and there are usually pretty good staff. Robert, was was extremely friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. Well done, and thank you again.

Bought Skylanders super chargers starter pack for the Xbox from this company and there were a few problems with it. The box was damaged. There was a missing Skylander so it was not a starter pack. The Game disc didn't work, it had deep scratches on it and my console would not read it. Very disappointed, avoid

Easy to find what i wanted from the website, select and pay. Good delivery time and well packaged. The item was as described and works well.
Never in my time of buying games online have I had such a poor experience, as I did buying a game from CEX what a con. The game case and booklet are in French and the disc is dirty and uncleaned and full of scratches. The case is also sticky and has a big cut in the back of the case. The game disc does not work ether. In the past I have taken games into CEX to trade and been told they will not trade it in as it had an EU barcode, having bought the game from a UK real store when it was new. They say no but then sell you a non-English game Another time I took a game back in that I had bought from a CEX (I won't mention the store) as it would not play. I was told they couldn't clean it as it was to scratched, I then showed them the till receipt from that store from that same day. My last gripe is that they charge per item when you buy online! So, two games at £2 each cost you £7.90.
Great purchase experience. I was able to find what I wanted and at a good price. My only slight caviat is that the communication from them is perfunctory rather than friendly. Having said that I have purchased from them quite a few times now and am very pleased with all my purchases. Even better when I decide I no longer want something or maybe want to upgrade. I can trade it in for a newer model or something else. This really is the most environmentaly friendly way of shopping.
