I ordered second hand amiibos online, and the delivery was prompt, the amiibos were very well packaged and in perfect condition. Couldn’t fault anything, I was extremely happy.

O order a bunch of stuff and 1game wasn't with any of the boxes I explained to them and got back to me about 10-20hours later as I did it when they were closed unfortunately but they checked everything amd since they didn't have the game I'm guessing they refunded me.
Bad for businesses, waste time, had to replace broken equipment sold by CEX with functional equipment at own expense multiple times now.

Got sent the wrong item and have to ship it back or take it into a store to return, which costs money and takes time so it’s not even worth it. Would have been nice to at least offer a partial refund to make up for the extra money I paid for a specific item, seeing as the one I received was £5 cheaper on the website.
Both items arrived quickly and in working order. Excellent. Packaging was a bit excessive.
Phone well packed and was better than expected was a class b but it was like new
I received the wrong item but the online support was great and I ended up getting a refund in my local store. Have since reordered and the correct item has arrived. Easy mistake to make.
