After trying several comic reading apps, Webtoons is by far the best. The community aspect, free content, and mobile-optimized format make it stand out from competitors.

I've been using Webtoons for about 2 years now and it's become my go-to for digital comics. The variety of genres is impressive and I love that many series are free to read. The mobile app works smoothly and the vertical scrolling format is perfect for phones. My only complaint is that some popular series have long wait times between episodes.
