Godswill was very patient and helpful in resolving the issue I had with their system. Unfortunately, my experience with a previous agent was not as positive, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.
Poor customer service over the phone, much better online
Recently had contact with Wave customer services three times. The first two occasions by phone and both agents seemed to be really struggling with use of the computer systems, so errors present after both interactions which took about 30 minutes in the second case.
Today, I have used web chat (as I couldn't face another lengthy phone call! ) and received a prompt and efficient service which hopefully has resolved my problems. Should not need to contact Wave multiple times for a simple administrative change to our account.
Mitesh in the Wave Customer Service Team was excellent. He was very polite throughout, dealt with my queries and requests easily and, by the time we had concluded our telephone conversation, all of the issues I had were been dealt with.

The gentleman named Lou was a pleasure to talk to. He was friendly and very dedicated in his work. Trying to explain how we keep getting reviewed payment details.

When I first contacted Wave by phone I spoke with a lady called 'Hannah' - SME Customer Experience Advisor. From the outset she was courteous, attentive and genuinely wanted to try and help. I asked for certain historic information - and received this by e-mail within an hour or so. No finite solution to the purpose of my enquiry is yet apparent but Hannah has instigated help source experts from your end. Well done Hannah - and thank you.
I spoke to Angela today regarding my account update, she is very patient and polite also also is Friendly I have no word to say for her I can not explain how good she is,
