Godswill was very patient and helpful in resolving the issue I had with their system. Unfortunately, my experience with a previous agent was not as positive, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.
Poor customer service over the phone, much better online
Recently had contact with Wave customer services three times. The first two occasions by phone and both agents seemed to be really struggling with use of the computer systems, so errors present after both interactions which took about 30 minutes in the second case.
Today, I have used web chat (as I couldn't face another lengthy phone call! ) and received a prompt and efficient service which hopefully has resolved my problems. Should not need to contact Wave multiple times for a simple administrative change to our account.
I am the treasurer of a local Bowls Club and I rang Wave in order to update the estimated bill which I received on Saturday.
Angela was extremely helpful, polite and patient which she would need to be dealing with an old codger like myself.
Everything I needed to do was completed and as a last thing I picked up my phone to check the receipt of an email and accidentally cut Angela off.
I have sent Angela an apology for that which I put down to age related thick fingers
Becca (and all individual employees I have spoken to) are very helpful and professional although they are working in difficult conditions where the customer information passed from the Wholesaler is frequently incorrect, hence my continued queries.
Ed dealt with my issue with patience, professionalism and could not do enough to ensure I was satisfied before we ended the dialogue. He also kept me updated as things developed.
Spoke with Caroline today. She sorted out my problem with the management of multiple accounts by coalescing them onto one login in short order - excellent!
