Godswill was very patient and helpful in resolving the issue I had with their system. Unfortunately, my experience with a previous agent was not as positive, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.
Poor customer service over the phone, much better online
Recently had contact with Wave customer services three times. The first two occasions by phone and both agents seemed to be really struggling with use of the computer systems, so errors present after both interactions which took about 30 minutes in the second case.
Today, I have used web chat (as I couldn't face another lengthy phone call! ) and received a prompt and efficient service which hopefully has resolved my problems. Should not need to contact Wave multiple times for a simple administrative change to our account.
What an absolute FIRST CLASS service I received from Abi at Wave ! Incredible. She went above and beyond to get me the document I needed. Kept in constant contact and did EXACTLY as she promised. Customer Service from her that I thought was extinct ! An absolute ASSET to Wave. Cannot recommend her highly enough. Her passion and commitment were apparent throughout. Thank you very much, Abi

Shame that the Wave process of sending out an invoice email before the website is updated with the latest invoice necessitated the call.

Only given four as whilst the efforts to help in the last few days have been very good we still await a disconnection day. Our small charity closed at the end of March and efforts to get disconnected have yet to bear fruit. Once we get disconnected then maybe a five !
