Poor customer service over the phone, much better online
Recently had contact with Wave customer services three times. The first two occasions by phone and both agents seemed to be really struggling with use of the computer systems, so errors present after both interactions which took about 30 minutes in the second case.
Today, I have used web chat (as I couldn't face another lengthy phone call! ) and received a prompt and efficient service which hopefully has resolved my problems. Should not need to contact Wave multiple times for a simple administrative change to our account.
Once again Wave have been prompt, efficient and brilliant with our water leak. I sent them details of our leakage allowance claim on Saturday and they have already responded and submitted our claim to the water company-Thank you Hannah for your efficiency!
I went on live chat re a payment made to the wrong account and the advisor was super helpful , very polite and said she would email as soon as the transfer was made. Great service much appreciated

I received mail at my address wrongly delivered regularly pursuing a bill. I pointed out I was not a customer and never had an account and am a private individual receiving water ever since I bought my house from Northumbrian Water for the last 11 years Now they have attached my name to the account and put in the hands of debt recovery and have so far failed to sort it out until at last after posting a TrustPilot review they woke up
