Watkins Estate Agents Reviews

As a couple of first time buyers, we were understandably quite naive and daunted by the whole process of buying our first house. At our first viewing Nathan was amazing, he was very professional yet friendly, and gave us a really well-informed tour of the house as well as information about the local area. The team then set up a group WhatsApp which worked great, they answered any questions we had no matter what time of day. Dave in particular was also exceptional at picking up emails around the clock, and he really helped speed the process up. We didn’t expect much contact with the estate agents as the buyer, but we were so pleasantly surprised with all the help from the estate agents and would absolutely consider using Watkins in the future.

We used Watkins to sell our home this year (2021) and the whole process was made stress free, efficient and very friendly. Nathan kept in contact with us daily throughout the life cycle of the sale keeping us up to date with everything. We couldn't recommend Watkins estate agents quickly enough to family & friends and if we ever decide to sell/buy again in the future we'd never want to go anywhere else. Thank you both for your wonderful service.

Nathan is a true professional, from the moment we decided to sell our property, the video and pictures that he took of our home were of the highest quality and gave a true representation of the house for potential buyers. We received an offer after the 3rd viewing and secured the deal we wanted within 9 days of putting the property on the market. Nothing is too much trouble for Nathan, he was always available to chat and responded to messages within minutes. We would highly recommend Watkins Estate Agents

I had a quick response to my viewing request and had a professional informative viewing from Nathan. Confident to use the services of Watkins Estate Agents going forward.

Nathan was very friendly showing us around the house. Watkins gave us a viewing on the same day we called up, and were very quick sending over documents needed. Would highly recommend!

Nathan was excellent in both professional and delivery of services. His passion for finding clients to help us sell our property was a record in getting a viewing just after we agreed to go with him and within 24hrs we had an offer!! I could not fault him with the speed of putting the property on the market and finding a buyer!! We would recommend highly to anyone to go with Nathan at Watkins Estate Agents. He is available 24hrs and responds back quickly. Nathan is professional, polite and extremely helpful. He understands client needs and treats everyone equally and with respect.

The best estate agents around! Such a professional and efficient service. Nathan is a genuinely nice guy and was available to answer questions at any time of day. Our house sold within 24 hours - the photos and videos taken were amazing. I couldn’t recommend Watkins Estate Agents enough!

From the moment we enquired about the house to the point of sale the service provided was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much bother and the service was professional and efficient from start to finish.

Nathan was so wonderful to work with in buying our first home! He was professional, friendly, approachable, didn’t push/rush us in our viewings and making decisions; he was more than happy to advise us with his extensive knowledge and years of experience in his property industry, and nothing was to much trouble at all. We are so excited to move into our new home! Thank you so much Nathan!

I recently contacted Nathan at Watkins Estate Agents to view a property that I had seen advertised online. Nathan was both professional and reliable, and most importantly very flexible when arranging viewings. He was very approachable and friendly, therefore I would definitely recommend this company to others :).

Nathan has recently helped us with a house purchase, and we found him to be helpful and professional at all times. He responded promptly to all our queries, often out of office hours, and was helpful in liaising with the seller.

Friendly, communicative and personable

It was a pleasure instructing Watkins Estate Agents to sell my home. Nathan was friendly, professional and above all completely flexible! He showed people around our house at a time that suited us as well as the potential buyers including Saturdays and Sundays. Nathan spent time understanding our needs as sellers, full time workers and got us the best price possible. He understood our concerns about our house cats getting out during viewings and put us at ease, he was extremely trustworthy. Thank you again Watkins Estate Agents.
