Unhelpful, patronising customer service and poor quality product. Very disappointing (Hydrosure 50m Wall Mounted Garden Hose Reel).
I am not sure why they haven't been given a great rating, I have found them to be speedy and reliable. The only issue I have is the return process could be simplified without the need to print off extra forms etc... Overall, pretty good company and good deals too!
1) No published telephone number, and if you bother to trace one it just states their office has now been closed and they can only be contacted by email. 2) They use the delivery company widely acknowledged as the WORST in the country. Presumably this is for reasons of economy, but it's a false economy as they have now lost all our future orders due to the almost inevitable Evri delivery cock-up. (Hmmm I wonder why Hermes changed their name!) 3) They only display their Feefo rating, which for some inexplicable reason is very high compared to a pretty appalling showing on TrustPilot. They actively encourage their customers to review only on Feefo. Highly suspicious. On the plus side the products and prices are ok. But they have had so many complaints over so many months about both customer support and logistics, yet they do nothing about either. From a business perspective it simply makes no sense to ignore your customer's feedback.
When I complained about some goods that arrived damaged, the help I received was excellent. I got a response within minutes of reporting the problem, and Tiffanie sorted out a refund within an hour or so, with no fuss, even though the damage to my goods was probably caused by the couriers. I wish all companies I dealt with were this helpful.

Bought a GEKA hand spray gun and after 5 months it had broken. A quick email to customer service and a photo to show the damage and the item was replaced there and then and received a new one within 48hrs. That is what you call great customer service. have ordered a number of products from this company over the past 18 months and will continue to do so on this basis.
This company chooses to use the 2 worst couriers - yodel and Evri. Not only because they are cheapest but they both work to the sellers’ rules not customer needs. This means that whatever issues you have are ignored by all 3 - water irrigation, yodel and Evri. All you get is a standard ‘apology’ and ‘things go wrong sometimes.’ The truth is that both parcel companies DO NOT prioritise next day over 3-5 day when they take on too much business. Unlike pretty much every other delivery company they deliberately have vague tracking. This allows them to decide, day to day whether to deliver your parcel or not and just put up ‘out for delivery’ messages. Why is this a Water Irrigation problem? Because they know this and are happy to take the cost savings even though they get the complaints. Nearly all their customer service issues are on delivery but they clearly figure that it’s still more profitable to go with the cheapest couriers. Cynical - and if you’re one of the unlucky customers then you’ll be in for a long argument.
I've ordered 11 times in the past couple of years. Delivery has always been very prompt, often within 2 days, and all items have been as requested and of good quality. Only issue is the quirky search bar on their site.
Having read other reviews I am glad to say it doesn't reflect our experience. When Yodel failed to deliver our order they promptly sent out replacements and kept us up to date by email on progress. When Yodel let us down again, on another order, they responded again promptly and effectively. The soaker hose we ordered is now installed and working well and seems good quality to me. I would recommend them. If they stop using Yodel I'll give them 5 stars!
I have ordered from this company many times before and the items I've received have always been of good quality and competitive price. However 8 days ago I ordered £65 of items and paid for next day delivery. I still don't have the items because they are using Evri (aka Hermes) and the package is still in their depot. WaterIrrigation no longer allow you to phone them (I'm sure they used to) so you have to email which can take up to a day for a response each time. In response to my non delivery they shipped another lot of goods, again next day delivery, but wait for it, they used Evri again, and again the package is sitting in the Evri depot 4 days later. My gripe with Water Irrigation is that they are not learning the lesson that other companies have learnt, which is that you cannot run a reliable business if you use Evri as the courier. I would also be reluctant to use them until they return to some sort of telephone or chat support service.
Terrible soaker hose, not fit for purpose. Cheap for a reason. Very disappointing. I guess all good reviews are fake!
Delivery of my order should have been made by Evri yesterday. I'm unable to contact Evri directly and only have an on-form to fill in to contact Waterirrigation and they advise they will be back within 24 hours. Not a good customer experience so far....
Purchased a hose pipe wall bracket. I can see the negative reviews and have sympathy, but can only leave an honest review of my experience. The product arrived quickly in perfect condition, exactly as advertised.
No response when try to query the money taken - product seems OK but there seems to be a complete lack of response to customer service queries
I’ve bought all the necessary components for a soaker hose-based irrigation system. I’m quite impressed that i placed the order on a Sunday night and got delivered Monday morning (to a not very central address in Cornwall). All items correct, no mistakes and good quality. Prices were very good too! PS: I paid for next day delivery but it was cheap when compared to other websites.
Hate it when a company will not give you any contact options. Worst customer relations ever! lots Q&A but not contact options on thier website Trying to complete an urgent order, but payment method on website seems to be down.
major delivery problems with Yodel - and after I complained, they managed the recovery process really well. Top Marks.
After considerable searching, I sourced 2 x 250l black "slimline" water butts from them, for which I went to great trouble to construct a solid shelf and connect up to guttering from new shed. They quickly filled up last Spring; however I then found they were distorting under the weight of water and are currently disconnected from guttering and only supported by a hedge. I emailed them ab out this, along with the safety considerations of 250l of water falling on a child, which was ignored. ***AVOID ****
I can’t comment on their product as I seem to be completely unable to order from them. Emailed to explain the problem. Very speedy, courteous reply asking for screen shot of problem … but it’s not possible to reply to their emails! Life is too short! I’ll give my money to someone else!
They replaced the missing items from my delivery with no quibbling. Items were in my hand within 2 days, so really great service, they also listened to my feedback on the strength of their packaging and said they would discuss with their warehouse. So a brilliant service all in all and definitely a company I would recommend.
