Shannon in customer service replied promptly and resolved my problem on an urgent basis. My experience with this company has always been excellent. I will recommend this company and its customers service staff.
The products offered are generally okay and good value and arrive promptly, but if you have a problem with the products or installation, you will get little support except via email, even if you have spent considerable sums on a full garden irrigation system. For me, cable supplied did not meet the spec required by the system components but I was assured it was okay when I questioned it. 1 year later, all pipes and cables in the ground and a not working system, I find that the cable is no longer offered and replaced with a branded alternative 3 times more expensive. Curious huh! Asked for assistance but they refuse any communication except via email. Unless you are a pro, pay a bit more and buy elsewhere.
Good products at fair prices. Losing a star for delivery speed and price but the Hydrosure irrigation components have been good quality and easy to install.

Earlier this year I purchased a HydroSure 160M Hose Cart. Recently due to a gardening accident I broke the plastic water inlet threaded connection which snapped easily. I contacted Water Irrigation Customer Service to purchase a spare part only to find that the company do not carry spare parts for this type of Hose Cart that they sell and despite a lengthy polite email exchange with customer services I was unable to persuade them to tell me the name of the manufacturing company that made the hose cart for WaterIrrigation/HydroSure claiming that customer services were not authorised to release that information. I am now left with a hose cart that is useless having not been able to source a replacement plastic part. I had expected to have a functioning hose cart for many years and had I known that spare parts were not available I would have purchased a different type of water cart perhaps from a different supplier.
Among other items I ordered a HydroSure Dual Outlet Water Tap Timer. Unfortunately I could not get the device to defer the start of a watering event and sought support from Customer Service. I was very clear in stating the problem I had but unfortunately the response was a standard reply for common issues, checks to make and general considerations; none of which addressed my specific concern. I replied to the e-mail stating that the information provided did not address my specific issue and asked for advice on how to return the unit; I have received no follow up communication. With a blatant disregard for any positive level of customer satisfaction, the organisation should consider renaming their Customer Service organisation to 'Customer Disservice' as this would more accurately represent their disregard for their customers.
After reading the trust pilot reviews, i started to look at other companies. i decided to take the risk and purchase from Water Irrgation knowing i would be covered by Paypal. No issues from my order, everything arrived as expected. however, i do note how difficult it could be for support on an order. Dont take the trust pilot rating as all orders are bad. Expect that if you are unlucky with your order you may get a bad service from them.
The hosepipe itself is not bad, though certainly not as kink resistant as their web page description makes out. My main issue is customer service - or rather lack of it. Ordered the wrong product and realised immediately so re-ordered. Tried to cancel the original order but there is absolutely no way of doing this unless you first go through the hassle of creating an account before placing the order (and why would you bother doing this for a very occasional purchase?). Ended up with the bother, and not insignificant cost, of returning the incorrect item and have still not received a refund well over a week later. Frustratingly there is no way to contact the company by phone. Just wish I had seen all the the poor reviews on Trustpilot (47% are 1*) before buying a hose pipe. AVOID THIS COMPANY
I have purchased £250 worth of equipment 3 days ago ( on a next day delivery), and I am still waiting. Yodel shows ( at depot) and has done from day one. I have sent two messages via the website ( as no contact details are available ), and I haven’t had any response. I have asked for a total refund, but no response. Unfortunately one star is all that’s available, but this company doesn’t deserve that. If I do not receive my money back I will take legal action and use this platform to advise everyone on how to do the same thing. One of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to come across.
Appalling. No contact other than through the website, followed by email. Each query/email reply takes 24 hours to respond to, not including weekends and bank holidays. Purchased a Bluetooth Hydrosure, it arrived with no Bluetooth. Replacement sent with the same fault. It may not be a fault, but no one to discuss it with.
Very Mixed about Company +ves There delivery is A1 & prices good -ves No contact phone number so complaints ALL via email. My product c £250 pounds was faulty. You have 7 days of receipt to notify them, luckily didn’t put off building it. Reporting faulty goods can only be done by Emailing them. A v slow process. Wish I’d read reviews before ordering, as email response times reported as not good. Will update my review when resolved. They have emailed back promptly but want more photos on top of ones already sent showing the issue! They did say this will be difficult to do though. So another email back… groan!
Useless company waited 2 days for a delivery that didn’t turn up in full. No way of contacting them and they don’t respond to emails
made a return of two orders, refuse to acknowledge one of the returns and wont respond to my emails, they are literally stealing my money, they have the unused unopened item back, which i sent with a courier, irt has been received, but they refuse to acknowledge they have it so are keeping my money too. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They have a majority of 1 star reviews for a reason.
Terrible customer services - non existent. Ordered items but one was missing from delivery. No phone number. Do not reply to emails. No way of contacting them. They took my money but have not delivered all of my order. BUYERS BEWARE. They may be ok if you get what you want but if you need to contact them it is impossible. I would give no stars if possible.
Multiple parts were missing from the order, including critical parts without which the delivered products were useless. No contact phone number for the company and emails not responded to. Virtually zero customer service and I can't review the products because they are incomplete and unusable. I'd give zero stars if it were possible.
I paid for a priority order, but 2 days later the item has still not been given to the delivery courier. As it's a public holiday on Monday the earliest the courier is likely to receive my item is Tuesday, which is unacceptable. I tried to contact Water Irrigation today but apparently they don't work on a Saturday. I've sent them a message online asking them to cancel my order.
The company excelled on delivery but there was an engineering mismatch between the supplied components and the company point blank refuse to call me to discuss the issue. They do not publish a telephone number but if you search for a number it is answered as others have said "owing to unforeseen circumstances the office is closed" This level of customer service is completely unacceptable and I would advise prospective customers to look elsewhere for their irrigation needs
No sooner had I placed an order with this company I immediately became skeptical as I couldn't find a telephone number anywhere if I had to query something. I placed my order on an expedited 1-2 day delivery service & got no confirmation of tracking etc, on day 2 at 10.30 got an email confirming delivery, goods arrived as described, they were quite a bit cheaper than elsewhere, the box was damaged quite a lot but that didn't matter. I had emailed the customer service address & got a reply in less than 4hrs as stated, would give it 5 stars if they had a phone number.
