Unhelpful Customer Services
Customer services was extremely disorganised. I'm a new customer with Voxi having left 3 mobile, I ordered a sim card which never arrived so contacted them, they confirmed it had been delivered but could give me NO information what so ever in regards to who signed for it, what time, or even a POD image. I was advised it was delivered via DPD, only to find out at the end of the conversation that was wrong and it was Royal Mail, therefore a replacement sim was organised to be sent to me.
Fast forward 1 hour, the sim card arrived with Royal Mail! I contacted them immediately to cancel the replacement sim so I could proceed with the set up of the sim card that had just arrived, only to be told that I needed to wait for the replacement to be delivered for me to throw it in the bin and then proceed with the setup of the sim card just delivered. Total waste of time for the courier company and Voxi themselves having to organise this.
I can't yet comment on the actual sim card or the signal in my area as I can't set up my sim card currently, but so far the customer service hasn't been great and I've been quite disappointed so far with the service received, I just find it extremely odd that they couldn't provide me with tracking information, proof of delivery, name or time of whom my sim card was signed for, but I guess that was because it was never delivered in the first place giving it turned up an hour later!
Update; The replacement sim card arrived, I contacted voxi to set up the original sim card, as I was instructed to dispose of the replacement one, turns out I needed the replacement one as this is what I had to use, rather than the original! Finally sorted transferring over my new number which will be done within 24 hours, I have never known buying a new sim card to be so confusing and chaotic!! I ask a simple question from the advisors and it's like getting blood out of a stone to get an answer from them.
I'd think twice before taking out another contract with them again personally!
