Don't bother
I ordered a couple of phones from this company. When it didn't arrive after a week of waiting I tried to get it sorted on live chat but they just messed me around for 4 hours. The customer service agents hardly understand English and are completely useless. Avoid at all costs, they will scam you! There's a very good reason why their rating is so low on trust pilot. I should have checked beforehand.... Edit: I knew that Voxi would make as if they are trying to help and go and reply to my review. I am still on live chat at this moment and they are complete s*** waste of time. Don't bother You guys make as if you are happy to asist but when it comes to it you don't give a toss about your customers. SCAMMERS!
