I had two vehicles to donate and they originally assigned them to two different companies on different days. The one assigned to the first vehicle did not show up at the day and time they were assigned so the other company could not pick up the other vehicle. Neither vehicle could start up. So that was a fiasco. They were not kind on the phone-the first company. Vehicles for Veterans arranged for the second company to pick up both vehicles two days later. That would have been best in the first place for my situation. It was really the company out of Newport News, not Vehicles for Veterans. They were very responsive to my concern.

The man who came to pick up the car was great. Had to deal with a car that wouldn't start, but he got it up on that truck. He was friendly and very personable. I believe his name was Ryan. Thank you to him, for sure

A great organization and easy to work with.

The Staff was great in making the arrangements for pick up and ordering a duplicate Title for me..since I couldn't locate mine...they were extremely helpful and the Vehicle Pick up when as scheduled on the day they said...eventhough we had pretty nasty weather that day.

Vehicles for Veterans had a real person who told you what to expect, how to prep your vehicle, scheduled a time for pickup, and contacted me before pickup to give me a 30 minute count down. Proof of donation was quickly sent. The pickup was fast and the people were freindly and accomidating. With all this I also undertand that I am helping a fellow veteran.

My car was picked up shortly after I donated it. The towing company was prompt and professional. The paperwork arrived on time.

No follow up to tell me how donation write off is valued for tax purposes?

I was glad to have the option to book a vehicle donation online and received a prompt reply upon submission. It was easy to schedule a vehicle pick-up date and time convenient to my schedule. I received clear instructions on having the required paperwork ready and making sure I had removed all personal items from the vehicle. The tow truck driver was prompt, kind and professional and took care with loading my vehicle for transport. I also appreciated the two-step security process in place when it was discovered that my donation would require my Social Security Number to be provided for the IRS receipt.
