So easy and everyone was helpful and in time!

VFV was absolutely great! You were so patient with my many calls and inquiries. I was very sad having to turn over the keys to my vehicle I loved. Also, the tow truck man was very kind and that helped my heart as I waved goodbye in the rain and cold to my classic Chevy, she was my true buddy. Thank you.

i thought it was a good idea until it fell apart. the tow companies got in a battle. finally one took over and the cars got towed. then i got letters from douglas county sheriff saying my car had been abandoned and stolen and i would have to pay the fines and storage. found out my car had been sold and someone else was the new owner. all very stressful. the tow truck lady was hateful. i got so many emails and calls i was stressed to the max. not a good experience for something i thought was a good deed. would not do it again. sorry

Professional. Picked up the vehicle just fine.

I scheduled a pick-up on a certain date and a certain time, but the person on the phone who took my call must not have entered it into the system correctly. When the date for the pick-up approached, I called in to confirm and I was told that no pick-up had ever been scheduled. I had to re-schedule for about a week later. Apart from this, the process was fairly smooth and easy to follow, and was overall pretty good.

I was never given a tax receipt!!!!

Quick response and pick up. I personally feel there should be a bigger deduction based on shape of vehicle not just a standard deduction. Beside that they are great to work with.

Process was confusing with conflicting instructions and needed multiple phone calls to and from several different companies involved. At one point the whole thing was cancelled b/c we didn't answer an email from a towing service within the same day we received it. Need to streamline the process a little.

I donated a vehicle to Vehicles for Veterans. I was supposed to received info regarding any tax credit i would be able to claim. I have not received anything. I just keep getting email thanking me for my purchase??

There was a little confusion for pickup of my donation, but other than that, ok. 👍🏻

Easy online form. Quick scheduling for the vehicle to be picked up. Very much turnkey process.

I felt good about donating to veterans who give it all to protect us and our freedoms. The car was picked up so couldn’t have been easier!
