They did what they said they were going to do. They picked up my car according to the schedule they gave me and it went smoothly. I didn't have to even be there; I left the keys in the car along with the title & registration so I didn't have to take additional time off work. The customer service over the phone was ok.

Vehicles for Veterans made a difficult time a little more bearable for our family. My Iraq War veteran son died tragically at a young age. He didn’t have much in the way of things in life except for his old car. It took me a long time to arrange the donation of the car, which I know my son would have wanted, but the organization and the manager of the apartment building where my son lived with VA assistance were very patient waiting for the donation to be completed. By the time the car was moved out of the parking garage of the apartment building, it was a dusty eyesore with happy faces drawn on the rear window. I am grateful for that patience.

The process was so EASY! I've being saying for months that I was going to donate my vehicle, but I kept kicking the can down the road. I called the number and the rep did everything else. Vehicle was picked u and donated within two days from the call. Thanks for what you all do for families!
