The process was easy, smooth and efficient.

The entire vehicle donation process was straight forward, easy & efficient. What impressed me the most was the ongoing and timely communication among myself, the driver who picked up the Vehicles for Veterans organization.

They came to pick up the car the day they said they would. The driver was careful not to disturb the neighbors while loading the vehicle onto the lift.

Loved donating to the Vetrans. Didn’t love the tow truck scheduling us and then rescheduling the day they were to come.

This is the third vehicle we have donated and the process is very easy and when we did have questions and called everyone was very helpful. Knowing that the proceeds stay in Minnesota is the reason we do it.

The team answered all my questions. They arranged a pickup of the vehicle on the date of my choosing. There was very little stress in the process. The following day they sent an acknowledgement that I will use for income tax purpose.

Everyone I dealt with was great. Easy to donate and the tow truck guy was good too.
