Phone was answered on first ring! Right off the process was easy and how it is advertised. Vehicle was picked up no problem.

The ease of donating a vehicle to veterans. The coordination made it so simple and we are very thankful and appreciative and happy to have helped the fellow veteran.

The 2009 Chevy HHR was a valiant steed. Over a 120k miles were put on her wheels as she drove across the country and showed me so much of this great country we all live in. Time passed and I knew I needed to get a new stallion to run wild on the open planes. I purchased my new ride and wanted to pass along the Silver Bullet as I so eloquently called her. I tried flyers and the interweb but never recieved a fare offer for this road warrior of a vehicle. That is when I saw the advertisment for the Vehicles for Veterans. I knew right then and there I needed to pass this war horse onto someone who is deserving and needing of an aomic bomb on 4 wheels. So much raw power coursed through that engine that I knew only a US vet could reel in it's unbridled power. Wether to drive or use her parts to make a Frankenstein's monster of a vehicle. I knew that donating the Bullet was the only way to go. As I made my call the person answering the phone sent me all the details of relinquishing my noble steed to the good hands of VFV. A few days later a truck pulled up and strapped the warhorse to it's back and shipped it on it's way to a new owner who would have the honor to hear it's engine roar like King Kong. A week later I received an email with my tax voucher and that was that. Sometimes at night I hear what sounds like Godzilla riding a Nuclear Bomb into a volcano and know that it is the Silver Bullet reving her engine for the next lucky soul.

I have never received my tax receipt for the value of the car. When I called, no one in the office could find where I donated my car. How can they loose a car that they arranged to have picked up.

These people are EXCELLENT. fast. responsive. paperwork returned immediately. driver showed up at 7:59 on the dot (actually he waited outside 15 mins early). he pulled the car out from it's very tight spot with superhuman ability. i was shocked. i didn't think he could do it but he did. he was so nice and polite and kind. he made the paper transfer easy, explained everything to me. i got the receipt for my car sold at auction 2 weeks later. i would absolutely use them again and again. i've donated with other companies before and it has been disastrous. vehicles for vets all the way!!!

So glad to donate my vehicle to "Vehicles for Veterans" and take care of my fellow veteran. The process was easy and all people involved were courteous and friendly.

You expect the donors to do all the work. After about 9 months you needed more information. It takes that long?

The response time was fantastic. Please be patient with folks as they are all volunteers, as you set yo a potential donation. I was skeptical at first, but the tow company reached out, verified all proper documentation and left a receipt. Our car sold for more and we received notification immediately via email. (Within 3 weeks of donation.) We received a formal letter within two weeks with the actual value and documention needed for taxes. Very thorough process and transparent throughout. I willnise the service again Thank you to all of our Veterans and their families needing assistance after giving to our country. Ooh Rah!

Pleasant staff, explained details of process, easy to set up pick up, tow truck driver made extra effort to get car cos tires were flat.

Super easy! Helping Vets is so important and very glad for such organizations to devote their time and expertise to the cause. This process was so easy and hassle free. Our old vehicle that was no longer needed was donated for a great cause to hopefully assist our Vets that are in need. Thank you for helping make a difference in their lives.
