The young man who came to get my car was just great. Timely, prompt, polite and courteous. About the only thing he didn’t do was hug me before he took my 30 year old Toyota 4Runner away. Hopefully, someone can get it running and you guys can make some money off of it. Even though it is that old, I still got offers from people who wanted to buy it. That model year, or maybe the’95 model was the last year they made it with a fold down, instead of lift up, gate. That small feature makes a huge difference for someone who wants to buy a truck like that for a work truck! Not to mention, there is a real tailgate to sit on for pre game tailgating. Hope it goes to someone who loves it and enjoys it as much as I did. Cheers.

Very quick and easy.

It was easy & efficient. They took my deceased husband's work truck as is. I am so grateful, because the city of Belleview code enforcement was after me to get rid of it. There was some paperwork in it, that they took out & gave to me, because they thought I should have it. I really appreciate their honesty. I hope they were or are able to sell it to help the veterans association.

I'm in a bad place financially. I was being kicked out of my apartment. I lost all my stuff. And my car of two years, needed a new engine. I was going to sell it. But then I got told, by your add, I could donate my car, and get a better tax return. I donated it. I filed my taxes the other day. Got told by H&R Block, that I can't get anything for the car I donated. Because I need a write-off of atleast 13000 to file a write-off. So I got nothing for my car, that cost me 8000.

Quick and easy to arrange for pick up of my car. Tow truck was scheduled within 2 days. Communication on the donation was also clear and quick. I received my final donation form within about 7 weeks of making the donation.

The Pickup was easy to schedule, the driver showed up on time and was professional. There was about 5 inches of snow and he was able to start the car and load it without any problem.

It was a smooth process and I appreciate the letter that followed up the transaction. My only concern was in providing my SSN after the fact. I wish it had been done upfront as opposed to waiting to submit it on paper at a later date. I hope this is not an issue.
