The coordination with the tow service drivers that picked up the car was poor. I was called by more than one, one of whom said the car was not where it was supposed to be. The reason turned out to be that another tow service driver had already picked it up.

This is the second time I've used Vehicle for Veterans. Both times it was so easy and the pick up was at my convenience. I will Use them again. As a perk I saw the first vehicle I donated parked at a local store, I told the man getting out that I used to own it. He shared that he bought it at an auction for his son and him to fix up and they had rebuilt the engine and got old blue running like new!
