The process was very easy. Just follow the instructions that are provided. After cleaning the car, removing all papers, personal items and license plate, the next thing was to get the title ready for when the car was taken. In Florida, the license plate must be returned to DMV as it is considered state property.

Easy to request contact, the person with whom I spoke to was friendly and efficient. I had to wait for a copy of my title to come in but they made it extremely easy to send it to them. I picked this company because my father was a veteran and what a better way to honor his memory than to help give back in an easy way. Told your tow truck driver the car wasn’t supposed to be towed but put on a flatbed truck,but he hooked it up and drug it away. I don’t think you ever even saw the car just had it auctioned off, never heard from you again except for this review. You’re incompetent,irresponsible and I don’t think you were really concerned with getting the most money for the car. Would never give you another penny or recommend you to anyone.
