The person picking up the bike was professional and knew what he was doing. The bike is huge, he knew how to start it and back it out of the garage unto the trailer.

The process was simple from the my first phone call to the actual pick up of the vehicle. The people I spoke with by phone answered my questions thoroughly. The pick up driver could have been a bit more courteous and helpful with the one question I asked him. Overall it was a good process.
Happened so quick, I was impressed. The roll-back driver called and told me the time he would arrive. Arrived on time and everything went smoothly, loaded and gone in less than 1/2 hour.

It was so easy! I just got my paperwork on my two vehicles together (one running and one not running) and made an appointment for Vehicles For Veterans to pick up the cars.
