Contact for pick up arrangements were fantastic however pick up became exhausting. original pick time was 9-12N turned into 4-7 turned into pick up at 930 PM🥹😖 The pick up people were very polite but the home was not occupied so made for a very long unpleasant situation! Being a female in the dark of night with strangers!

Response time was good from initial communication, to set up schedule date for pick up. The "Top Shelf" driver was very friendly and knowledgeable about his towing job, too! He answered all my questions and very calm about handling any challenges that he had to deal with, in getting my car loaded onto trailer. Also, great about calling ahead to let me know his location status, on day of pickup! I'd highly recommend you guys! Thanks for a great experience.
