The process was relatively straight forward and I feel as though the organization has the best intentions to get the proceeds from my auctioned car into vets in need. They were easy to communicate with and mostly knowledgable about their process.

Only thing i didnt like was that the driver coming to pick up the car was supposed to call when they were on the way and they didnt

The follow through with the agency was wonderful. They were flexible with my schedule. There was a bit of delay coordinating with the towing company, and Vehicles for Veterans was wonderful with reaching out to them daily to ensure I was assisted.

Easy process, but if you remove insurance coverage, don't forget to notify the DMV or your license will be suspended.

I received a quick response to my call. Within a day I was notified they would have a transporter call to arrange pick up. The vehicle was picked up and taken away just 3 days after my initial call.
