Do not deal with this nonsense company not good doing with customers.

Very disappointed with this company delivery policy as I have ordered items for Christmas gifts on December 19,2022 and was told that the delivery will be within a couple days only to find out that they don’t honor what they promised, but told me a longer time after they have my order and money then they stated they were on holiday and delivery will be January 31, 2023. On that day they sent me an email stating that my order was cancelled and will be refunding money with no explanation or approval. I will not recommend this company to anybody.

One of the super bad companies ever

One of the super bad companies ever, they have no manners with customers do not deal with this company or buy any of their bad and low quality products, they will ignore you and never care for what ever you may have with your device. Their devices is the baddest quality ever in this vape market.

I am writing this again for anyone who…

I am writing this again for anyone who is thinking about using this company. Do not order from the company they do not provide the liquid that comes with the product so you wind up paying a lot of money for a product that you are unable to use. Writing emails is fruitless as they do not respond with legitimate answers to why I have paid money for a product that I am unable to use. Shame on this company for being a scam.

Pods are trash

Pods are trash, I get a pod that doesn't work at all or only works for a day. At $4.50 each I've wasted almost $100 on non working pods. Don't waste your money on these

I ordered XROS 3 November 20th and …

I ordered XROS 3 November 20th and not even shipped in 25 days. I send a email about my order and check it out how they responded. "Hi, So sorry, we can't deliver XROS 3 at the moment. We can't predict the delivery date, it may be soon, it may be a long time ,if you do not want this order, we will cancel the order for you and submit a refund to you Thank you." Vape still on their store foe sell. Don't trust this vaporesso store.

Awful avoid avoid avoid

Awful. Leaks constantly and mouthpiece cracks within 24 hours. Leakproof tank - they are having a laugh. I have to wrap it in tissue to use. Constantly spits burning hot vape juice into your mouth. Binning it off as it seems customer service a complete waste of time.

Do Yourself a Big Favour and Avoid

I ordered a Veco Plus tank from the online store along with a set of coils. After about ten days I noticed that my order was still "unfulfilled", so I emailed them and asked why it hadn't shipped. They replied and said that the tank I had ordered wasn't in stock and asked if I wanted it in another colour. I refused as the tank that they did have in stock was already available in the UK and I didn't want to pay import fees if it wasn't necessary. Instead, I asked for a refund. I received a refund about a week later but it wasn't enough to cover what I originally paid. Rather than refunding the original transaction, they chose to send the money as a new payment in the wrong currency. Due to the UK's currently fluctuating currency, it meant that I received less than what I had paid them originally. Also, because the store is in China, I was charged two foreign transaction fees by my bank for the original payment. If they had simply refunded the original payment it would have reversed these fees and it would have been the correct amount. I emailed them with screenshots of my bank statement and explained as clearly as I could what had been charged and what I had lost including the difference in the refund amount. They apologized and said that is was due to the refund being done in another currency. I asked why I should have to lose money because of their mistake and asked why they didn't just refund the original transaction. However, after that first reply, they just kept saying that the order had been canceled and it would take about 8-15 days for it to show up in my bank. I replied a couple of times saying that the refund had been processed but it was for the wrong amount but it was like talking to a brick wall. The whole thing was a waste of time and money but after reading other reviews about packages not turning up, i'm just glad I got most of my money back without waiting even longer for it to never arrive. I love Vaporesso tanks because of the taste that the ceramic coils give but I will never make an order from their website again, or from any website based in China. I knew it was a risk seeing as they didn't have Paypal but I wanted the Veco tank. So, lesson learned I guess. It's a shame because Vaporesso products are very good (at least in my experience) but with customer service like this, I can't see them being around for long.

Poison

I bought a Vaporesso vape and noticed after I filled it that there was a chemical smell coming from the tank (I did not burn the coil) I took it back to the shop I bought it from and told them. They both agreed with me that the smell was toxic. The employee told me to soak the tank in alcohol, I did, After a day of soaking I dumped the alcohol and got some on my hand, now that chemical smell is on my hand After I washed with soap twice I would be careful about using A Vaporesso product.

Very poor quality.

I have had a bunch of different vaspresso models. Two of them fell apart, one of them all the paint peeled off and the most recent one the battery door won't stay shut. I would reccomend against buying because you will be buying a new one in 2-3 months at the latest. The new units the battery door is a huge design flaw. Basically a disposable product. You might ask why I kept buying them? Well I was comfortable with the unit and I liked it but I had to replace every 3-5 months. I reached out to vaspresso to see if they would do anything about the most recent model. No response for a month now.

Customer support is 0 stars

Vaporesso products are ok for the most part. A little leaky over time but fine. Their customer support is a joke. My package was lost in the mail, which really isn't their fault, but they have been absolutely no help. Apparently they don't have insurance on their packages (or at least refuse to share that information?) which really sucks from a company in which you are buying pretty expensive things from. I won't be buying their products again after this experience. They weren't that great to begin with anyway.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, and still did not get the product !!!! They can't tell where is the product, one is saying the product is already in the country, other is saying that they did not dispatched

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE DO NOT BUY

broke after a month. not even going to bother with trying the warranty after reading the rest of these reviews what a joke of a company AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you replace your vape every month

Bought the Luxe 2 Problems

Bought the Luxe 2 about 2 months ago. Worked great for the first month and a half. Now buzzes all the time but still fires. Don't know of any recourse & customer service is really non existent. Do yourself a favor & DON'T buy any Vapereso product as they are just something they sell.Had a Revenger before & it lasts about 2 years. Also can't update firmware from my Apple computer.

purchased LUXE PM40 in December 2021

purchased LUXE PM40 in December 2021. after about 3 months it would just go dead after charging and not turn on or take a charge. then be dead for a day or two and then come back to life. pretty lame. contacted support to see if they would honor their 6 month warranty stated on the warranty card. they would not. they kept asking for more and more "proof" after I sent pictures, store reciept, they wanted videos and then just stopped responding. they are total thieves and liars. do not buy!

Poor quality

I've had 2 different vapes through them none of them lasted longer then a 5 months. Then you're stuck paying another $50 for a new one every couple months. Stay away unless you wanna spend money on a new vape all the time.
