CE qui grille au bout de 7 mois

Bonjour Je vous Ă©cris pour exprimer ma dĂ©ception quant Ă  la durabilitĂ© de la cigarette Ă©lectronique Armour Max que j'ai achetĂ©e le 31 janvier 2024. MalgrĂ© un usage soigneux et l'absence de chocs ou d'autres dommages, le processeur a grillĂ© au bout de seulement 7 mois. Suite Ă  la dĂ©faillance de mon produit, je me suis rendu Ă  la boutique Arome shop situĂ©e Ă  Verneuil-sur-Avre (27130) afin de prĂ©senter le produit au vendeur. Ce dernier a procĂ©dĂ© au dĂ©montage du produit et a constatĂ© qu'un des processeurs Ă©tait grillĂ©. Je suis particuliĂšrement déçu car j'ai investi plus de 100 euros dans ce produit et je m'attendais Ă  une durĂ©e de vie plus longue. En tant que Local Guide, je me sens Ă©galement obligĂ© de partager mon expĂ©rience nĂ©gative avec la communautĂ© afin de mettre en garde les autres consommateurs. Je comprends que les produits Ă©lectroniques peuvent parfois prĂ©senter des dĂ©fauts, mais je trouve inacceptable que la cigarette Ă©lectronique Armour Max soit commercialisĂ©e comme Ă©tant antichoc et Ă©tanche, alors qu'elle ne semble pas l'ĂȘtre. Je vous demande donc de bien vouloir prendre en compte ma rĂ©clamation et de me proposer un geste commercial en compensation de la dĂ©faillance prĂ©maturĂ©e de mon produit. It happened the same way twice

Had bought two vaporesso gen 80s mods and without even a single drop the screws that hold the atomizer tank bracket in the top of the mod get loose and strip all on their own first one broke bought a second one and the same thing happened don't buy this brand go with smok spend the extra money it makes a big difference

100% RIP OFF ARTISTS

100% RIP OFF ARTISTS - Order 2024117543 Order arrived 100% damaged and I did pay for the worry free warranty. Contacted the worry free warranty company SEEL and they informed me that Vaporesso never paid my warranty fee to them so they can not refund me. Vaporesso doesn't respond to emails and USPS only allows the seller to file the damage claim. This company is a CROOKED SCAMMER who doesn't even respond to emails. If I do not receive my $84 refund that I paid I will be contacting my credit card company.

Worst support team ever

Worst support team ever, they not even told before ordering product they don't have something, changing product in completly different then promissed even twice, im not even seen the more worst company with that poor support, delivery time 36days, longest waited time, completly unhappy with product and customer support, not worth to wait that long for that kind of products, first and last time buying something from that company.

Used the entire range. All terrible

I’ve had a luxe x. Xros 3 mini and cross pro. The luxe x pods all leaked within days. Went through 8 tanks in less than 2 weeks. The xros pro was by far the worst. Both pods leaked and bubbled within the first use or two. Had to throw both pods away the same night I bought the device. The mini was the same Unbelievably terrible quality. Can’t even get a refund from the shop I bought it from. Solid waste of £100. Do not buy these they are utter trash all of them.

Finding pods/coils is a crapshoot

I have the Vaporesso Xros Pro. The device is great. The ability to find the pod/coil I like is anything but great. I either can't find them at all or I get stuck with the side fill pods and no removable mouth piece. When I was in the market for a new device I was torn between two brands and my assumption was that vaporesso products would be more readily available when I needed something for the device. That was the tie breaker. I regret that assumption. I'll never buy another vaporesso device. For now I'm dusting off my old uwell caliburn x until I buy something different

Vaporesso XROS series vapes still beat the competition

This review has nothing to do with ordering from Vaporesso, but the products themselves. I love Vaporesso XROS series vapes. I've owned the XROS 2 and 3 for years, and just got the Pro. I have never had a pod leak even a tiny bit, nor have I had any pod burn out on me. I've dropped my vapes more than I'd like to admit, but never caused damage to any. The XROS 2 and 3 are almost perfect in every way. Their only flaw is the lack of airflow adjustment. It's kind of hard to close the air vent just a small bit. It's either an easy draw, or a real tight draw. The Pro addresses any shortcomings that the previous models have. It's also built like a tank, and you can feel it in the weight. It's a little thicker than the older models and I don't know if I like that. I'd like to try the XROS 4 to compare, but the Pro charges in 30 minutes. And I don't dislike it, it's just a little different.

slow and deceitful

When I emailed them 2 weeks after ordering asking why it hadn't shipped they sent me a shipping number for a government issued Covid test. A few days later they sent another # for a package having "arrived" in Illinois with small print saying awaiting package. 3 weeks later it arrived. It's a good product, but 18-12 days shipping is more like 6 weeks

Wow..

Der Service bzw Support existiert nur selten bis kaum leider, trotzdem schaffen sie es aber noch die Packete zu verschicken zum GlĂŒck... Das aber quasi nie auf Mails geantwortet wird ist leider Stark verbesserungs wĂŒrdig. Ansonsten sind die Produkte und aber vorallem die Angebote und Coupons echt klasse ! Das ist es ja auch was Lockt trotz des Mangelnden Services.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

There is absolutely no reason to buy from these people if you are in the US. It has been almost a month since I have placed an order for $81.00 and I am still waiting. Never ordering from them again after this transaction.

"All orders will be processed within 48


"All orders will be processed within 48 hours after your order has been placed" This was 7 days ago. Zero replies to emails, which is concerning because as their T&C state: "Please contact us immediately if you need to change or withdraw your order. Please note that any orders that have already been shipped out be revoked." So yeah, here we are. Never again. Will be issuing a chargeback as soon as i can.

Inconsistent quality, zero customer service

Xros Pro arrived, OLED screen didn't work. Followed all the instructions with Vapoesso support (registered device, took a video of the issue). A week later they said to contact Vaporesso Store as "it is run by a third party". Did that, no response despite multiple followups.

Got the xros and it's brilliant great


Got the xros and it's brilliant great battery life the pods are 4 ÂŁ10 and last 2weeks was previously using vise epods ans was spending ÂŁ15 every 3 days I've only spent ÂŁ5 in 2 weeks
