Very poor customer service

I have tried contacting Customer Service twice now via email. I have yet to recieve a response. The tracking platform they use updates every two days and never gives a tracking number for the secondary shipper. In my case it is USPS. I have no idea where my package is and they do not care to respond to my inquiries

Do not buy!!!

Ordered a Gen Fit online and it became faulty after about a week (it stopped charging) so I was sent a replacement which has turned out to be even worse. When it first arrived, it would sometimes not stop heating when I released the switch and, after about a week or two, it stopped recharging fully. After another few days, it started to heat by itself even when I was nowhere near it and has left what look like burn marks on the leather top of my desk. I wrote to Customer Services about this a week ago but have not received a reply. PS Don't bother putting a low rated review on their website ~ I did so and they didn't publish it.

Worst customer service EVER

Worst customer service ever. Like seriously. Even worse than cable and cell phone companies! The customer service is pretty much non-existent. I did get one email after complaining several times but it was useless. Took me a month to get my order and then the Mod 200 came WITHOUT BATTERIES! Too bad to because I love their product, works great and lasts forever but this experience REALLY sucked. Go to a brick and mortar store if you want to get their products

Absolute scam of a company

Absolute scam of a company. Placed an order over a month ago and have still not received my order. The tracking number I was given was to someone’s home covid test order. Customer service doesn’t exist. Had to report as fraudulent charges.

Fraud store

Ordered a month ago, shipping supposed to take 15-20 days. When I asked 25 days after ordering -where is my product? They cancelled it because my card is "suspicious for fraud reasons". And now im not even getting my money back. So who the fu©k is the fraud here?

Company is a joke

Ordered a pod system as a gift for a friend. Trying to get a tracking number from them turned into 16 messages where they repeatedly asked me for order info - i.e. I would provide the info several times, only for them to ask again. When I kindly informed them that they needed to get their sh@# together, the reply was: "Hi, You should have ordered from another shop. Thank you." 'nuff said.

VAPE JUNCTION Ruimsig

This business should not even get a star the Customer service is terrible. I went to the Vape junction Ruimsig in February 2023 to by a vape . I wanted to buy a vape the is small and not big and bulky went I selected the juice that is needed to use to be able to Vape I selected no nicotine or 3mg and the guy in the store told me i can only use 0 Nicotine or 3mg juice in the Vaporesso , Gen PT60 so I bought it. The Gen PT60 coil just didn't work properly i kept on sucking up the vape juice. I then went back to the shop a few time then left the vape with him he had the same problem then changed the coil it worked for a week . A few weeks later I went back to buy coils and the didn't have till to day the 9th July 2023. Why sell be something and you don't have coils ? and you know there is a problem ? I phoned the store on the 9th July and they told me they should have in few weeks. I don't think this is fare as they took my money in February and i have only been able to use it for one week. I spoke to the own got is telephone number on the internet and he tells me i just buy another vape so they don't have coil i can use the other . I have been waiting for 5 months paid over R800 for the Vaporesso Gem PT60 and he tells me to buy another. I would like my money back. They sold me something I can't use . I have been very patient .

VAPORESSO IS DEAD TO ME

Placed a preorder. Almost a month later, I had to email them for an update. All of a sudden I get an email saying "shipped" with tracking number. This number does not work on their website. So I contact again. They say the order was sent back to them and they had to reship. A few weeks later, I get an email saying my order was canceled with no reason whatsoever. This company is shady as hell. Charges you fast as crap then plays games when it comes time to fork up the product. Vaporesso is dead to me. Do not buy from them. You will not see your shipment

SUCKY CUSTOMER SERVICE have had a vaporesso and have used…

I have had a vaporesso and have used pods for 3 years now. I thought it was a fantastic piece of equipment. However, the pods leak. I'm using the correct pods and every single one of them Leak. As far as customer service goes, you have to jump through so many hoops to talk to a real person. As it stands now, the computers won't let you ask for what you need.

A fuir ! Produit non reçu, Service Client inexistant, 45€ non remboursés, c'est du vol !

J ai commandé le 06 avril une cigarette électronique sur votre site. Je n ai toujours rien reçu à date. Sur mon bon de commande, il était indiqué un délai de livraison de 20 jours. suite à contact avec le "store", on m informe que c'était au final une prévente et que mon article vient d'être seulement envoyé le 08 mai. On m a communiqué un numéro de suivi, celui ci n est reconnu sur aucun site de suivi (HHWQP3134000002YQ). Dans mon espace perso de votre site, la dernière information mise à jour correspond à ma date de commande. Estimant avoir été plus que patient et malgré mes relances au "store", il ne se passe rien. Je souhaite donc maintenant être remboursé en retour Cette pratique de vente est inadmissible et le service au client inexistant

My package was lost in the mail. Not Vaporesso’s fault, but they have been absolutely no help finding it. 29 days since I ordered, and still haven’t received my coils. Worst costumer support I have ever experienced.

I would not recommend a vaporesso…

I would not recommend a vaporesso product. The build quality is terrible. My LUX E lasted less than a month and quit firing. The customer service department will send you in an endless loop of answering the same questions multiple times. Never got a resolution. If you’re going to buy this product, don’t expect to get one that works or support to help you / replace it. (All support is through online ticket and agents are in China)

Vape coils burn out fast. SCAM !

Vappr Resso Coils are made to only last a couple days. They burn out easily so that people will come back and buy another coil right after. Huge money Scam !

J’ai passé ma commande le 18/02. Après une semaine ma commande n’est toujours pas expédiée, alors que j’avais sélectionné la livraison en 2/3 jours. Le service client ne répond pas : j’ai écrit via le formulaire de contact et par mail. Aucune réponse ! Je déconseille fortement !!

Product screen broke in pocket I have…

Product screen broke in pocket I have bought vaporesso before lasted a long time. However the new models are made cheaper and don't last. Don't waste your money mine was under warranty they won't honor it. Cheap made China junk shop for a different brand.

Vaporesso Target PM80…

I have purchased Vaporesso Target PM80 2 month later started noticing that my PM80 started discharging from 100% to 10-15% in less then the hour After full charge mod is very warm and when operating it was getting hot and couldn’t hold in hand Reached out to support and was asked to provide video and photos It’s a bit hard but I have managed to get IR thermometer and show when it’s not used temperature above 40 I received email back asking where did I purchased IR thermometer instead of exchange or refund Can’t win

Bought a Vaporesso 80 starter kit

Bought a Vaporesso 80 starter kit. Thing started leaking profusely after less then a month. Replaced the coil and head to no avail. Don’t bother wasting your money on their products. Even if you get their warranty… please read before you do… it’s basically more money for them to cover their ass if anything goes wrong once you take the first puff.
