Products Leak into battery compartment. it exploded, nearly burnt the flat down. I have pics but there's no where to paste them. VERY dangerous products, if you want to represent me so we can sue them, get in touch.

Leaking from brand new never overfilled once terrible device wouldn't advise any one to ever buy one

Complete garbage company with zero customer service, no product to ship out and wasted three weeks of my time back and forth. They must be in financial trouble.

Bought the luxe xr max and it is a great mod pod kit, I have been using this pod mod for a month, I’ve been using 0.3ohm coil at 35 watts and the battery lasts for about 1.5 days, coil flavour is great but best flavour comes from 0.3ohm and 0.2ohm coils, I use nic salt double concentrated flavour and coils last over 1000 puffs which is great for the sweet juice I use, I guess if I used normal strength flavours the coils would last a lot longer. Must admit the gtx coils do seem to use more juice than other coils in other devices but I’m guessing because they use more juice that the gtx coils stay well soaked, that could be why the coils last so long. So after using the vaporesso luxe xr max for 1 month I am very happy with it, I will be sticking with this device as it’s the best one I’ve bought so far. Good work vaporesso great device thank you.

J'ai acheté une vaporesso luxe Q. J'en suis contente, elle se recharge vite et a une bonne autonomie. Par contre sur 3 paquets de pods achetés donc 12 pods au total (ils doivent être remplacé toutes les semaines) 5 sont défectueux!! A 16€ le paquet de 4, ça commence à faire cher. De plus, ça a coulé dans ma e-cigarette sans parler de tout le e-liquide perdu. Bref, sans réaction de la marque pour réparer ce désagrément, je me tournerai vers une autre e-cigarette. Bref, je ne vous la conseille pas!

This company is awful. Their customer service is a joke and they don't seem to know how to handle shipping items. They did not put my apartment number on the package, even though I entered it. This should have been a very simple fix, but instead they turned it into a three month long pain in the ass. Customer service is useless, they don't bother reading your messages, and half the time they just don't respond. They are rude and snippy when they do for no reason. They are not interested in making anything right. This is exemplified by what happened when, after a 25-email chain (half of them were messages from me that they ignored), my package finally arrived somehow. When I relayed this to them they took the opportunity to email me back a rude and snide messages claiming I had signed for it a month ago. This was on a package with no signature. It should be telling that this message was by far the fastest they responded. They refuse to send tracking numbers. They refuse to provide any information. They ignore you and lie to you. And they are rude about it the whole time. How this company is still in business is beyond me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM VAPORESSO.

It took about three weeks for the order to arrive and the tracking information NEVER updated. The order was accurate and nothing is leaking. Patience is the key. I ordered pods with the coil because coil-less pods is all they sell around here and I don't care for them. I will order again when my pods start to run out. (I ordered enough to get free shipping so I have several right now.)

Would give 0 stars if I could. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY AN ALTERNATIVE NON CHINESE BRAND!!! This is the second vape kit that leaks and my local retailer refuses to refund (which I'm pretty sure is illegal). I knew I should have researched this company before purchasing instead of taking advice from the bloke in the vape shop. AGAIN, SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND GO ELSEWHERE! CHEAP CHINESE CRUD

I've ordered the new XROS PRO and they confirmed my purchase the day of; Now 10 days later, no updates, shipment & delivery. I've sent 4 mails to 2 different adresses, no response. Quite frankly, I'm annoyed. I've been vaping vaporesso for the better half of the last 10 years and this really puts me off. FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE Edit/Update: I've sent 4 friendly e-mails regarding my order. No answer. I now sent a not so friendly e-mail threatening to charge back my payment via the credit company and filing a lawsuit. I had a response a couple of hours later; Telling me my order has been shipped with a tracking number that doesn't work.

Waste of money not ideal if your a big vaper. The pods burn within a couple of days. Dont get me wrong when you put on a new pod there full of flavour but after a few days the taste is vile and makes you feel sick. Dont bother wasting your money.

Poor quality vape, DO NOT BUY THIS!!, bought the luxe Q2, coils/pods went bad within few days, taste is very bad and a lot of leakage

I ordered vape accessories thru their store, after 5 days, no sign of shipping & emailed store@vaporesso dot com SEVERAL times without an answer. No way to contact them at all. I submitted a fraud claim and dispute for charges. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I was told Vaporesso was one of the best vape Mods available. In 2 years I bought 3 of them (Gen 200) and every one of them stopped working within 9 months. The last one I bought the atomizer failed within 10 days of receiving. Customer service is almost non-existent. Just more made in China junk. Vaporesso has lost my business forever.

The Xros lineup is the best series that Vaporesso has produced. The Vaporesso Xros 3 is the vaporizer I have been carrying around for the last week. So far, it had been the best pod system I have tried. It is mainly a MTL/DL system, although I have been able to use it for RDL vaping by using the button. It maintains a smooth hit, and it has amazing flavor with both free base and salt liquid. With salt liquid, I noticed that it has a very noticeable “head high” effect, if thats what you’re after. Overall, the build quality isn’t amazing, but from what I can tell the focus is in the pod, not the device. I’ve tried all the pods, and the 1.0 ohm pod seems to have the strongest flavor. Definitely a device I will keep with me. There are some issues while using the website, but Vaporesso devices are common enough to find at any vaporizer shop in the US. The website was cheaper than in person at MSRP, but it wasn’t a big difference. At $10 a pod, its a bit steep, but the quality definitely shows.

Visited my favourite store NG Vape on Carlton Hill Nottingham after my digital display was behaving very strangely on my mod. Although the mod still worked perfectly. They, as the brilliant people they are, got in touch with their Vaporesso rep and explained on my behalf. Less than a week later a new mod was sent to store for me and the old one taken for testing. Trust mine to be the only one ever to do what it was doing :). Vaporesso and NG Vape could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I absolutely love my Vaporesso Vape and it's been the best buy I ever made. I had purchased numerous vapes before my Vaporesso and now I would not think of getting any other brand. The charge lasts and lasts, as do the batteries and coils. I have never suffered that horrible burnt taste as you can adjust the wattage to your liking and the display is fabulous! Thank you to whoever the Vaporesso rep was that helped support NG Vape in getting my vape sorted, in fact it's even better now. You have a very loyal Vaporesso customer!

Cancelled my order without contacting me beforehand because their system marked it as a fraud risk. Made no effort to look into that before they just canceled it no questions asked. Waste of my time and a waste of a transaction. Incredibly upset.

OMG! I accidentally lost my xros 3. Retraced my journey, it had been run over by least one car, still works months later. Just in bath atm dropped it in. Guess what, still works! Witchcraft! Excellent build quality! Xx
