Do not buy!!!
Ordered a Gen Fit online and it became faulty after about a week (it stopped charging) so I was sent a replacement which has turned out to be even worse. When it first arrived, it would sometimes not stop heating when I released the switch and, after about a week or two, it stopped recharging fully. After another few days, it started to heat by itself even when I was nowhere near it and has left what look like burn marks on the leather top of my desk. I wrote to Customer Services about this a week ago but have not received a reply. PS Don't bother putting a low rated review on their website ~ I did so and they didn't publish it.
