Terrible customer service
Contacted about a product still within warranty and received an email to send pics of the problem. Have now gone weeks without a response after multiple attempts to reach out to them.
Vaporesso has room for improvement based on customer feedback. Customers particularly appreciate quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and poor quality.

90% of all the NEW cartridges are defective. 0% customer service. I hate this company now
I bought this for my mom who’s trying to quit smoking and she’s leaving soon to our country for 4months! I thought it had plenty of time to arrive but one month later didn’t receive anything, if I knew I would have never bought this from this company and just go to a shop! I’m about to do chargeback because this long shipping time is indicated nowhere in their website! Wish I seen these reviews before! 😡
Worst customer service ever. Waiting for 3 weeks to get a reply on s simple request. Even send them a reminder. No response, nothing. They lost a loyal customer :(
Ordered a vape weeks ago almost a month now. Everything ships from China and then tracking stops working. I have asked them to cancel my order and they keep saying they are trying to rush it but here we are no vape a month later and no refund
This place and the people that work their must be convicted felons or just all around POS. I ordered 5 gtx coils for my vape because I quit smoking and I need it. We'll I ordered on Friday the 21st and as of the 31st their has been no movement. They are cons that think they can just keep your hard earned money. Shut this place down. Or burn it down. Either way they need to go.
Votre cigarette électronique gtx go 40 est vraiment nul, ça fuit de partout, on a du mal a tirer dessus, parfois on a du liquide dans la bouche qui plus est, est vraiment très cher. Acheté en Andorre pour presque 40€
Avoid!!!! Ordered a vape on 2nd Feb. On 20th Feb I canceled the order as it was still being processed. They canceled it immediately and Shopyfy said it has been refunded. It's now 24th of February and I still haven't received the refund
Modèle Armour depuis 1 année, très asisfait. Résistante, bonne tenue en main, infatigable, recharge tout les 3 jours. Le look est es est exceptionnel et sort de l’ordinaire des produits un peu trop batrbir à à mon goût ( après cela n’en engage que moi) Elle easpiration, bon réglage, froid comme chaud et cela c’est le top, mais 2 accus. Brought an xros or whatever less than a week ago. Told it has good reviews. Used to 2 days. Went flat before finishing work. Didnt taste like juice. Left it on my desk for 2 days and went to use it and it wasnt working. It leaked juice all into the inside of it. Cant be bothered fixing it or taking it back so i lost out on 50 bucks. Definitely getting another smok nord c. Waaaay better

Ho comprato una sigaretta elettronica Gen Fit 40 e tranne i primi 2 mesi iniziali ha iniziato a perdere liquido dalla ghiera per la regolazione del flusso d'aria. Inspiegabilmente perde liquido anche dal fondo del dispositivo dove c'è la batteria. Inoltre la batteria da 2000 mAh dura meno del dispositivo che avevo precedentemente con batteria da 1500.
I bought one week ago the xros4 and separately the 1.2 omh coil head pod (Amazon).Mm.. not really impressed with this vape. The liquid is leaking when you vape. And the head pod where you pour the liquid is very hard to remove, like I never could open it and always have to ask someone to do it for me and even they struggle. But i don't recommend this brand.
Doesnt everybody love drinking e-juice? Just bought the ros4 mini and 2 different pods just spewed the liquid up past my lips. Also the tip actually gets hot. What a crap product. I should have gone with the g3 caliburn for a little more cost as it has a drip tip with a no spit back guarantee
I have bought several vapes of this brand, and in general they have been OK, not great, but OK. Today, NEW YEAR'S DAY, I have 3 vapes that have decided not to work, or charge at all. One of these is fresh from the box. It's New Year's Day, FFS. These aren't the first ones that I have had problems with, and too be fair I'd say that I've had a 40% success rate from them. F'in frustrating, in need of a hit, and no vape. Ffs, sort your pi55ing product out.
Vaporesso mini 4 is useless avoid avoid avoid battery doesn't last a day pods are leaky and difficult to use. Much better vapes out there
Don't buy something from their online shop. My order never reached me and when you write a support mail they don't answer. Even in case you get your stuff, if its damaged you're also lost - nobody will help you - avoid this shop and their products.
Product doesn't work and there is no customer service. How do you expect a firm to succeed when there is no customer service?
Brought from a vape shop and after few uses it started spitting every puff. Tried changing to a new top but again after few puffs started spitting and noticed leaks into the connectors as well. Had only filled halfway and checked filler was closed! Waste of money and something else to add to the waste pile
