Even with issues I had with plumber US water brought out people to get the unit running correctly. You just can’t ask for better customer service than that.

Product was shipped in a timely fashion. Contents of package arrived in good condition I was expecting to receive a hose to tank valve connection, but there was not one included with my order . Other than that I will order from this company again

First off - I like the product & it seems to be well made & is working fine. Second - I had to wait over a week for the product to ship & had I not called, I'm not sure when it would have shipped or when I would have received it. Third - I had to call the tech department to get a clarification on something in their instructions relating to start-up that ended up not being right (seriously - I am a degreed engineer with 40+ years experience). The tech rep I spoke with must have been having a bad day because there was a bit of a 'tude' when I asked the questions I did. It was apparent he was well versed in the equipment since he had installed a lot of them but I did not need his 'tude'.

Shipped quickly Quality product. One oring missing in shipment. Found one local.

Great fast sales.

Had the product I needed (replacement control valve) - fast ship and excellent packaging. One star removed - description on web site a bit thin - package contents, product specs, product setup etc…. Lots of content but not the right stuff.

Customer service was excellent. Helped me reinstall my reverse osmosis connections every step of the way after I replaced the filters.

12/4/24 Updated Review: Other than the shipping issues (see previous review)... we have had our product (Pond/Lake Deluxe Water Treatment System) installed for over a month now. The installation instructions are spot on and accurate, the product is of great quality and It works amazing. The system is easy to operate and quiet. Highly recommend if you are needing a water system for you pond or lake!!!! Also, the company has issued me a full refund for the shipping costs. They did back up the mistake in the end with great customer service. 10/22/24 Review: No follow up - shipping was a disaster. I live less than 3 hours from the Indianapolis facility.... yet their product went to somewhere in New York. No follow up with costumer service to make sure the item was delivered. Costumer service was very nice and polite when called and asked about status... the product was immediately redirected back to Indiana where it sat for an additional 4 days until the company was called again asking about the status of the product.... then finally shipped to the correct location. Was promised a partial shipping refund for the delay of the product (almost a month) - but NEVER received it. As for the product itself... it has not yet been installed (just received it) but looks to be of great quality and installation instructions are clear and concise.

The customer service team is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the product they offer. The product we purchased arrived quickly and in good shape.

Well the product leaks and the shipping is more then the filters.

You shipped the wrong part and i had to pay over $10.00 to ship back a $29.00 part.

Great product for the elderly that can no longer maintain standard water conditioner systems. Very east install and very low maintenance. Arrived in perfect condition.
