Slow shipment of a single item. And too high a shipping and handling fee for a single item.

Ordered replacement carbon bed media for my while home system. Arrived as described. Always easy to change out with provided filter. Media seems to have less fines this time - which is nice. Used fitting from other vendor to flush carbon fines before installing on system. Way easier that way.

Received the media when the company said it would be at my house . The instructions were very helpful since I had never done this process of changing out the carbon filter before. I will use this company again when it’s time to change the filter again.

After you shipped wrong item and I returned them you finally shipped right one and I could get it changed.

The ordering part was fantastic. Very helpful in determining what I needed. Keeping me informed about the order status was not as good. There were delays in obtaining a part for my system, without letting me know this would delay shipment. Long past the expected shipment date, I had to call to find out what the delay was. My recommendation for these cases is to provide a to short email, which would have prevented the back and forth. However, all of my contact with your company was great.
