Filter replacement

patient knowledgeable agent, sent me written proposal for my elderly moms well water problems. made in usa, good warrenty. only disappointment is the unit isnt made yet so i have to wait after paying for it upfront.

Great products and service

I ordered a water test from US Water Systems while they were moving their entire company and transitioning warehouses. Something like this of course causes delays in normal processing times. Meredith worked with me to overnight my water test due to unknown(on my part) delay that was caused by the transition. Thanks for being flexible.

Websites are a very important factor when deciding which company to buy products from. I felt confident using yours. Rene was very helpful and provided me with all the information I needed to select the water softener best suited for my house.

I made our order October 6th, only to have them create a label for shipping OCtober 18th. This is a bit to wait for order creation when it is only replacement filters.

Received a part (filter) that was not the correct size.

I had signed up for auto-ship last year but didn't receive my order. The customer support person was very kind and informative and figured out the issue and got me back on track. Apperantly it was a glitch with the system update, should be all good now.

Thank you US Water Systems. In my home I have had for the past 28 years, a US Water System. This system has been flawless. I have literally just added salt to the system and have never had any problems with it. This softener recently had an issue with it and decided that it was time for a new one. The Matrix system that I purchased was very easy to install and I hope to get as many years out of this one as I did the other. Very wonderful company with excellent products! Also excellent customer service!
