You sent me a new bulb but the issue was the quartz sleeve the bulb sits in. You want to charge me for the cracked quartz sleeve. This is clearly a material defect and you are refusing to stand behind your product. I have purchased several of your systems fom myself and friends over the years, but I will not purchase another system from you. You charged me almost $1000 1 1/2 years ago for a device that is no longer usable.
Quality system
Recently ordered sediment filters for my whole house water system. Shipment arrived as promised.
You guys are the best at getting us what we need!
We enjoy our under-sink system and customer service is always great!👍
Good customer service, have Pelican water system parts few others have. Thank you
Just finished my install 11/25/24. Everything is working great - filter system (both the floor and ceiling-mounted units), and softener. Glad to support an American company and American products (well, at least some of them are). 3 things sent my blood pressure sky high - first was a leak out of the plastic ceiling-mounted filter housing, & at the copper MPT to sweat outlet fitting I used. This isn't my first rodeo, so I'm fairly certain it wasn't installer error. O-ring on housing was lubricated with supplied silicone grease, housing was tightened snug with the supplied wrench - the copper outlet fitting was wrapped 3x with teflon tape, coated with a heavy dose of Grrip thread sealer, and tightened as much as I dared in a plastic housing. Soldering was done to fitting prior to install, and the rest were a good distance away, plus wet rags were wrapped around the outlet fitting to be safe. Still has a very small leak - about 1 drip every 30 seconds or so at 50 PSI. It is small enough that it may "self-heal" with minerals in my well water in time. I had a similar problem with their reverse osmosis filtration setup. That was an even smaller leak that did self heal with some help from Grrip thread sealer on the plastic 90° fitting. The 2nd and most infuriating thing was the wrong sized decorative "metal" (coated plastic) wrap on the water softener. The one on the floor-mounted filter was perfect - no seam, and fit nice. The one for the softener was at least 1/4" too large for the diameter of the filter, requiring cutting a trim piece off along with 1/4" of material, and Gorilla tape to hold the seam together - only then would it fit down inside the plastic base. Aggravating, especially since I was also installing a well tank and re-plumbing the whole works! My patience was thin. I would have left it off but there's a window nearby, and I didn't want UV attacking the plastic housing with time. Maybe equally infuriating was the media for the softener. Made in China, and I knew that the second I attempted to pour the media out the spout molded into the plastic bag. This thing was so butchered I couldn't hardly get any product out of the bag and into my softener! I ended up having to chop the thing off, which then allowed too much product to flow too quickly, spilling over the side of the supplied plastic funnel. Man!! What a mess! A few parts of the directions seemed to be outdated. Might be a problem for a newbie or 1st-time installer, but I recognized that my unit had push-connect fittings for the brine line rather than the brass nut / ferrule / line insert shown in the manual. There were 1 or 2 other things that I can't recall that didn't match up - not a huge deal with the internet for most people. Other than that, it seems to be working. Time will tell. I've had their reverse osmosis system hooked up in our kitchen for the past 6+ months with zero issues so far. The app is great, EXCEPT that you cannot adjust the regeneration time to the minute - only to the hour! The 21 year old unit I replaced even had this feature! What the heck? Should be a simple fix with an update I would figure. Please do that!!
A good experience
Packed extremely well. In multiple packages, seven to be exact. Made in mf ‘Merica!! Seriously, support your home and countrymen, implement your very own personal tariff and stop buying Chinese garbage. Quality items are available, do yourself a favor and at least look.
Customer service and sales rep are so helpful. Any issues are handled immediately.
The product was delivered quickly. All of the items needed to do the media replacement were enclosed. My plumber was impressed by how easy it all worked out. Instructions do need to be added to the box, I printed them from the internet.
Excellent water filtration system. Purchased the Bodyguard with magna filter, pulsar uv light, and the under the sink 5 stage RO system. Everything seems to be working fine. Anxious to see what the filters look like in 6 months.
Factory authorized Viqua reseller, competitive pricing, rapid service and some of the best packing in the industry. They could give others a lesson on how to pack fragile items.
We ordered, our credit card was charged ... but the product wasn't shipped for over a week. I thought it was not legal to charge a credit card in advance of shipping an order ---- but it would have been good information to have upfront about timing and when you would process payment. It is fine and we are ok with it --- but the communication could have been better. And the price online dropped a few days after we ordered ... and BEFORE shipment so I called and I believe we are going to get a credit for the difference - but we haven't seen that credit yet. Once we receive the shipment we can assess the quality and functionality. Right now --- I can only rate based on pre shipment
The knowledge that was given to me to fix my problem
They were very helpful . Overall very professional.
Friendly answers to tehnical problems. Quick and efficient service.
US water has people you can speak with to help you get the right system for you. We installed a whole house system over 7 years ago, purchased an additional RO system at a rental. The initial install required me to learn a lot and their helpful videos fit the bill. We had some issues with one of the filters because of the terrible water we have and an expert guided us all the way. I like how you can buy replacement parts on the web site easily, but if you have questions or need advice they quickly know the systems you have and can assist.
Five stars in every aspect. I called around to many companies selling RO systems and US water systems was by FAR the most knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the right RO system for me. The RO system came with a very detailed instruction manual that made it very easy to install. I selected the wrong color faucet and customer service was helpful in getting my return setup. Highly recommend and hope this system lasts a long time.
