Called back reasonable time from leaving just one message and warranty part i needed.

It has been 11 business days and we still do not have our test results. We were told 3-5 business days. We do not know whether our well water is safe to drink, because of Hurricane Helene, and we are still finding bottled water waiting for this test to come back! I called last week and was told "soon". I messaged yesterday and haven't had a reply.

I ordered my water test kit on August 2nd, 2024. The kit arrived, and I sent it back to the lab in the return box. However, due to an error in the box (US Water made a mistake on the label), it was returned to me. US Water then sent out a new kit. When I called US Water, the representative on the phone told me that the results were back and sent them to me. The results were not for me but for another client. So, again, I called US Water, and they promised to sort this out and put it right—after seven days, I have still not heard back. I wouldn't recommend this company at all. Their content incompetence and delays are slowing down our water system installation.

User friendly website, easy ordering, desired product in stock, this time it was a reorder, made a paperless transaction, and product was on its way, great communication of the seller, their transportation rep, and of FedEx being very clear as to shipment date, tracking, and expected delivery, and final on-time delivery. That’s why I’m a repeat customer!

I’m a long time customer. Been purchasing my last two RO water filter systems & all the cartridges from them. All made in USA. Great products & fast service/shipping.

The hotline is very helpful and eager to make things right with the water system.

My shipment arrived with a broken lamp and sleeve. I called and was sent a replacement. Friendly and helpful service. I will use US Water Systems again.

Ordering replacement filter is very easy.

So far everything looks good, still need to get it installed. Shipping packaging could have been better. One of the tanks showed up on my door upside down and almost busting through the top of the box. It didn't have a "This side up" sticker like the other tank. Possibly throw some more bubble wrap in there to buffer the ride.

Took way to long for you to ship - over 10 days. Sort of high priced. Then you ask for this review right after you ship - you think I have the unit already and installed? I'll let you know how I like the softener after I get it installed and use it a bit.

Quick ship after ordering. So far so good. Will update when I receive test results.

I still have not recived my order that I placed in September

10 day shipping is very poor. My past suppliers fulfilled the order with 3 days. Not a good start for me to purchase from your inventory. Joe
