My order took 8 days to be shipped out and was delivered 3 days later. The Bodyguard whole house filter arrived missing the Micron Magna filter. I called and was told it would arrive in 2 days. On day 5 or so I called again and was told I'd receive an email in 30-60 minutes saying the filter was scheduled to ship. Several hours later I had to call again. It took 3 calls to finally get the item scheduled to ship.

The Raptor system I use really kind of sucks. I’ve had several pumps replaced. It came with a 5300 and I’ve been able to find them on Amazon until recently. I try to keep a backup because it cost me thousands in the past waiting. Your site wasn’t helpful finding a replacement. I ordered I think 5800 and it was never sent. I called today about it and wanted a compatible unit. Customer service said they would have a tech let me know if it is and would change it if not. I received a message saying the 5800 shipped and the tech emailed I should be using the 8800 since that’s what the new ones come with. So now the wrong one is on its way and I don’t have a backup. I’m very unhappy.

So far it has been great. Pretty easy to install. Water is much much better.

Easy installation, R.O. system works peerfectly. And it works great with my nugget ice maker. Before this filtration system I used to see mineral flecks in the ice, now there are no more flecks.

I can honestly say everybody was very helpful and troubleshooting Ro 5 filtered unit. It took a little bit to troubleshoot all the way to what was causing the issues but the help we received help us to navigate some of it on her own and with their help get what we needed ordered

Sentry PFN pollutes water. Fluoride filter appears to be doing the same. Not great customer service. Just bad all around.

No directions were sent with my order so I went online to view your video and it’s old and that it doesn’t take to do account the new system that I purchased

I just have a problem when you send an email to the customer service department and it gets completely ignored.

Dealing with US Water was fine; Shipping Fed X was not on time at all - which is usual for me. Usually always late on anything shipped by Fed X.
