Yes I bought a $1200 outfit filters and everything else to do the job and was told I would get a 10% discount but when I receive my bill which I already paid it was only for $10 so I called him several times and they said they would take care of it but they never did

The instructions were very easy to follow for me to install the system myself. The water tastes great, and we are very pleased with this American made system.

2 months to receive replacement filters, it tests ok but not as good as a local water company for $1.25 for 5 gallons. Does not despense more than a about a gallon a day with added power mgr.

Now take notice; I'm a home owner who built his house from the ground up. I'm an automobile owner who does all the repairs and maintenance on them. I'm totally off the power,sewer,and water grid. I grow all the food me and my family eat, plus sell to the local markets. Why am I telling you this, is because, US Water Systems Inc, has always been here for me. In my opinion, this is a too rare!

Bought the duel tank system with a pre-filter 4 years ago installed myself and was very pleased with the system. Sold house and will definitely by again. Only recommendation I have would be to add a drain to the large pre-filter housing for ease of replacing the filter.

I couldn't be happier with my purchases from US Water Systems! Love this company and their products. Living in a city in central Texas, our home has your typical municipal treated water, as well as very hard water. When we bought our home a year ago, it had an old and broken water softener in a small linen closet. After searching all over the web and asking around locally for the best water products and particularly something that could fit where the old softener lived, I got on the phone with US Water Systems and Tim R. helped me out, answering all of my questions and suggesting products that would help make our water better for everyday use, including drinking. I ended up purchasing the 12 GPM TRAXX water softener and a reverse osmosis system for under the kitchen sink. Everything arrived quickly and together, and thanks to the clear instructions (with pictures, haha), I was able to self install both units. The products were fairly priced and I saved money by doing everything myself, so I have a sense of pride with our upgraded water setup. The TRAXX has been a champ, fitting perfectly in the small closet that the existing softener occupied, and the RO system is used daily, without issues. I've been known to show house guests an on-the-spot TDS test to compare the tap water that comes out of the kitchen sink's faucet to the water that comes out of the RO faucet. TDS from the kitchen tap is over 300 and from the RO system is usually around 10! The TRAXX has improved showers, washing dishes, laundry, filling the pool - everything. Great company, great products, and great people and support. I can't recommend them enough.

Communication was great when i was shopping and looking to buy. The system works great but the bluetooth disconnects weekly. I emailed, called, left messages about 3 times a week and never received a reply. This was back in December. I just unplug it and plug it back in now too hard reset the Bluetooth. Aside from that everything else is great. Customer support is non existent unfortunately

Ordered and received a part (valve) to fix my system. I was very happy with the end result.

Very happy with our Trax compact system. Replaced a Kinetico system and even with costs for some re-plumbing saved thousands. Had to make a couple calls for items missed on original shipment but overall shipping was fast and dealing over the phone was easy.

They sold me a previously installed water softener as new.

We were satisfied with the product itself, however, I had to follow up with an email to even receive the product in the first place. Also, the faucet leaked when we received it, my husband then called to have them send a replacement. We never received a call back from their customer support, and went and bought our own.
