The rep who assisted me on the phone was polite, courteous, and knowledgable. My order arrived on time as promised.

The pump motor I ordered was substantially more then the one I ordered just a month or so a year ago. Warranty just expired. Pump motor was to ship the next day. After several weeks I inquired on status of the pump motor since I had not recieved pump motor or notice of shipment. I then recieved email that they did not have pump motor and would notify me when they would. I let them know that since it was taking longer to change the shipping address to my sons house since I would not be at home. They said no problem. I recieved delivery notice from UPS that it had been delivered to my house. I am still not at home and have no idea if the package is in the weather, secure, or other. I feel this transaction has been a complete disaster.

Talking with your team, they made recommendations based on the water tests I provided. Did not try to recommend equipment that I did not need. Placed my order and it was shipped quickly.

Knowledge and professional

Poor buying experience. Order took 3 weeks and many emails to process. Took another week to arrive. 1 month from purchase to delivery. At checkout it says 3-5 days.

I was trying to place an order on line and set up a subscription for the product. I was having difficulty so I called in to a representative. She did an awesome job assisting me.

Two issues: 1– Item ordered last week. It was to have arrived Monday or Tuesday. When I called today, Wednesday, I was told that it hadn’t even been shipped yet. Tracking number confirmed no shipment! UNDEPENDABLE! 2– Sales tax charged for shipping [Tennessee doesn’t require sales tax on shipping fees!] When mentioned to Customer Service, the person had no explanation nor offered any remedy. In

Ordered 2 o-rings for a 4.5" x20" big blue housing and 2 additional o-rings for a4.5" x20" limeblaster housing. Was informed that the o-rings for the big blue and the limeblaster housings were slightly different. Was also told they would be shipped so that i woud know which o-ring would go to the blue housing and which one would go to the gray housing(limeblaster). The o-rings i received were all for the big blue housing! I did not receive any o-rings for the gray housing!

The associate was very helpful and kind to correct an order mistake that I made, facilitate the return. and process my order.

I have never had a whole house water filtration system before we purchased our current home. Michael Galbreath was awesome in helping me navigate our system and choosing proper filters.

My call was answered promptly, and we received exactly the information we needed: what the codes on the front of the system meant. Plus he encouraged us to install an app to get even more information. Thank you!

On line ordering was ok, delivery time was ok, price was alright. However, I submitted a technical question through the website contact link about the filter product and I did not get a response (that I know of).

Product is great, sales help was so-so as sale rep didn't elaborate or step out to guide me on filter type or treatment options for pre treatment for di water system I have.

When I ordered I wanted a One time purchase only! I do not want to be placed on auto ship and I notified the company immediately after receiving the email. I see today it is still placed on monthly autoship. I ordered a few to see how they work with our water system. If they work well we will consider auto ship, but until then please remove me from auto ship.
