It’s been increasingly harder to buy parts for my pelican water purification system since the company stopped selling to customers. I’m so grateful for US Water Systems. I was able to find the replacement part at a reasonable price. Shipping was quick.

I ordered the system with a Permeate Pump which was not included in the box. US Water Systems Replied Immediately to my complaint. They are sending me the missing part. We have purchased a few of these system in the past from other manufacturers. This one seems to be of higher quality and has a much better flow rate.

I was told what part I needed and I bought the $7.00 part plus I paid $41. 00 to get it here quickly. It's absolutely the wrong part. There would have been a five star revue if it were not for the fact that it took a lot longer for my order to ship then normal. Otherwise the experience was really good. When I call to place my order it only takes a short time for the sales person to bring up my past order and reschedule my new order with a courtesy response.

The filter is a well made quality product and fairly priced. I gave lesser star previously as I apparently, wrongfully, assumed a more expedited shipping.

I have not seen my package, yet. It is not at my doors nor in my mailbox and nobody knocked or rang the door bell. Nobody reported it had been delivered. I'll check to see if I have been charged.
