Confusing manual instructions on set up, lack of step by step instructions on machine setup, the flexible FIP was not disclosed that it’s only applicable for unthreaded PVC direct hook up, the stainless cover around it is not stable, I need to reinstall the filter because it is leaking even I tightened it properly, the supplied grease water proofing is not enough for all the fittings needed for this grease. The videos I searched for installation instructions are all for advertisement. The good thing is that it produces a good soft water now.

Order U-270753 Confirmed September 25 My Bank has been charged. I never received a confirmation for the transaction from your company. I log into my account and see all the details of the order but to track it I need to download the Shop App then sign in with a G-mail account to see where my order is. My bank was charged on September 25th and I have no idea where my order is. The tracking app is a terrible idea. I don't want a third party app or google to be authorized to view my browsing history to track an order I've paid for. If this is how you are doing business now I will find alternatives to support the $13,000 I've invested in your system and replacement/maintenance parts. Extremely disappointed.

Would have given a ten star if I could. Very easy. After I got my report Rene Anies walked me through everything and advised me on the systems I had in place as being adequate for what I need. No pushy sales person made it a great experience.

Very long waiting delivery, I waited for 16 days before they deliver the unit. When I picked up the unit from Fedex office because they can’t locate my location. When I reach hone I open the box and found out that the valve if the tank have some crack on it so I call the customer service send the pictures to report the issue he told me that they will send the damage parts untill now I can’t use the water filtration because the delay parts. Waiting for over 1 week now🙁 Purchased it on Sept 10, 2024 untill now can’t able to install it🙁

The products are good. The shipping lead time was long. Ordered on the 21st of Sept received on the 5th of Oct.

I’ve had the system in service for almost a month and everything is working great. Our water hasn’t been this good in over two years. I think I can finally say I’ve finally addressed all our water issues with the Matrixx system. Called your tech support twice for some install and setting questions, both times they answered my questions quickly with technical know-how. I appreciate you responding to my inquiry quickly and taking the time to get my family and I to the right solution.

On-time delivery. No hassles.

Didn't meet delivery date. They sent me an email saying that they wouldn't meet the delivery date, but did not provide an updated delivery date. That sucks.

Pricing comparable or better than Amazon. Shipping is fast. The filter media i bought was the same price as I paid in 2017. I can only hope they don't raise their prices too much by 2030 when I need additional media.

I have not received my items yet, but I have bought many times before, they are good people and always willing to help

It was Great

Just opened my new 0.5 spot free rinse system and was surprised. There was “media” for lack of a better word loose in the box. But I was also surprised that there was NO information regarding assembly or what to expect from the new system. While I realize I can research this information I expected to get some basic information. Thank you, Darren
