Order was not processed and shipped in a timely manner.

I ordered a part for RO system. I have not opened the box yet. It’s for future needs.

Regular customer it was very easy to reorder previously purchased items.

Support associates are very eager to help select the proper system for my type of water and usage. I did not feel like I was being “upsold” on extra equipment which can be a real turn off. Installation instructions were thorough and detailed.

This company has amazing customer service! I have not hooked up my new system just yet but it arrived in great condition. I had some questions with my order and Connor S. was a great help and an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend these guys!

Order was placed on 9/2/24 and I am still waiting to receive it. Very disappointing.

Intuitive easy to use website, simple to order pay and have shipped. Items well packaged and arrived intact.

Spoke with a Tech about my 5 stage R/O system explained the issue, explained what I had done. He told me that he believed it was a water logged storage tank due to no pressure in the bladder in the the tank. Explained what to do and also that there was a video I could watch. Bottom line that was the issue, very low pressure, emptied the tank put in the recommended 7PSI and I now have great R/O Water pressure again. Thank You !!

My system needed maintenance, but I wasn’t sure specifically what. I described symptoms to Scott, and sent pictures. He told me what I needed and when the parts arrived, I installed, and he was exactly correct. System is working like new and no leaks. Thanks Scott. Craig B

Products work as expected. Very easy maintenance. Customer service is best of all. Don’t be to intimidated by the instructions if your a DIY’er. Just call and they answer everything and don’t treat you like an idiot lol. Love this company!

Fast, knowledgeable service.

You should inform the customer that you don't have the item in stock at checkout time, instead of charging the shipping fees and delaying the shipment for more than 10 days due to out of stock status.

The request was sent immediately as I did pay extra to have it expedited. Everything is great. The media inside the unit does not seem like much so it was a lot lighter than I expected. Was a little worried when it first arrived. I thought it was gonna be heavier Sort of like a water softener. The box was ripped up at the bottom, probably could use a little extra tape for shipping purposes. All in all it looks like a great product and am excited to get it installed.

USWS's quality + Connor's prompt, informative responses to my inquiries = spending additional $ for a made in America USWS softener an easy decision. I'm anticipating many years of reliable service... maybe my last softener purchase.
