I purchased a $1800 system that is worth $800. Extremely disappointing. Cheap plastic for the salt tank. Extreme cheap plastic wrap around tank. Plastic values. Booklet shows stainless steel 3/4" Flex hose (NOT INCLUDED). I will never buy from this company again. Cheap plastics. They BOAST! USA made ...cheap, poor quality. I had to call to find out why after several weeks that it hadn't shipped. Oh they said we will send you a free water leak sensor for inconvenience. No such thing. USA water systems charges more than double of what the unit is really worth. Go look for a better unit else where for the money.

Talk to a good man that knew what he was doing getting my test coming to me right away wish it was faster but that’s what it take to get it right . Thank Eddy Alcon

I was referred by a good friend and it was well worth the order. The filter works great and no more water spots when washing my cars. Great sale too and the shipping is very reasonable. Highly recommend for anyone battling the infamous water spots when washing cars.

I've been using US Water for my home filter needs for over 5years, they’ve never let me down.

It took a long time for my product to arrive, but it was easy to order.

I am so excited I decided to purchase the reverse osmosis water system. I am grateful that my son in law was able to install for me. He had no problems. Otherwise, I would have had to hire a plumber. It doesn't seem complicated, I however, didn't want to install without help.

Very easy to install and works great! I had a few questions prior to install and customer service was awesome. Our water was 15 grains of hardness and now it is 0 grains of hardness. Highly recommend!!!

The sales rep was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out what system would work best for me. I use well water, and the area where I live (Sacramento, CA) has very hard water. The price was very reasonable for the system that I ended up purchasing. The purchase process was not pushy or aggressive, and I got the information I needed to make an informed decision!

So far so good, our problem is parts, we are waiting on our last few PCs. This is a new build install. Parts are scarce since Covid. My husband is installing sage guards to turn off parts of the system. He needs unions and other plumbing parts that are not only very expensive but rare.
