I tried out the carrier with a new number and kept my old number with T-mobile. After 10 days I was ready to make the switch, but they said I couldn't replace my current annual plan with my old existing number without doing a partial refund and starting from scratch. I had only used 10 days on the annual plan and a representative had told me it would be no issue to do it this way. I spent an hour on the phone with no flexibility from their end.

Hassan and the two other customer service reps who helped me out today were amazing! I had issues with getting payments through and they were all so patient while I worked it out. As much as a pain it was, I guess I feel very secure that my payment methods are protecting me. I didn't think I would experience US Mobile customer service so soon, no wonder they are highly recommended by Consumer Reports! I am looking forward to a long relationship with US Mobile. I was stuck in a foreign country without any data and he got to me, stayed with me for an hour, and worked me through it. He was polite and respectful the entire way through. I really don't understand all the positive reviews. I ordered Dark Star service (ATT), where they claim 1 to 2 Gbps data. I averaged around 1.5 Mbps on eight different phones. I've literally never had data so slow in my life. They claim I can switch for free twice, so I switch to Warp (Verizon) and they charge me over $4 for a new SIM. If Warp is worth it I'll update my review but I don't expect much from these buffoons.
I had a good experience with US Mobile overall-- the app is really easy and enjoyable to use, and I can't think of anything negative to say to be honest. I needed customer service for resetting my voicemail password and that representative was super helpful, quickly resolved the issue. And today I had a good experience with Syed Khizer who periodically reassured me that my issue was being addressed, and even though it took longer than usual (technology is unpredictable), we got it taken care of! I continue to say good things to folks IRL about US Mobile. 🙌
Hassan Khalid was a great and extremely patient dealing my requests. I was transferring services from another provider. It took a long-while to go over so many different aspects of the process; at some point I lost my cool and yet, Hassan was kind enough to stay put and sympathetic with my demands, finally everything works out great in the end.
