Hassan and the two other customer service reps who helped me out today were amazing! I had issues with getting payments through and they were all so patient while I worked it out. As much as a pain it was, I guess I feel very secure that my payment methods are protecting me. I didn't think I would experience US Mobile customer service so soon, no wonder they are highly recommended by Consumer Reports! I am looking forward to a long relationship with US Mobile. Thank you all so much!
