Yusra Luqman solved my issue quickly via chat. I am very satisfied with US Mobile. A year contract may seem daunting, but being able to switch between any of the towers at any time really puts my mind at ease. Hands down the best hotspot plan (using ATT towers). 10/10.

Bukhari fixed everything. Had APN issues, forgot I had to do that stuff sometimes.

I have been a loyal customer of US Mobile for several years, and it's all because of friendly and easy customer service, like I just got from Khizer Hussain. He just spent an hour on chat with me, answering questions and walking me through technical issues until everything worked perfectly. No significant waiting EVER, and I always get competent help without the agent pawning me off on another department.
