Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! I waited 25 minutes on hold, finally got a customer service representative who said, “hello, hello?” She pretended not to hear me and hung up. That’s likely how she quickly gets through her calls and paid. Clearly, they do not have enough customer service representatives. I called back waited an additional 25 minutes for a representative. Good luck getting an answer regarding transferring service from another provider. Fortunately, there are a lot of other economical superior service provider competitors like Ting Mobile. (Note: Ting does not support esim cards) Update: US Mobile customer service keeps getting worse! Gave them two more chances and they dropped the ball both times. They will schedule an appointment, but never call on time. I received a call for a previously scheduled a next day 9:00 AM appointment at 11:34 AM. I rescheduled for 9 AM the following day, received a call the same day at 5:30 PM. I wasn’t available. Ridiculous! You get what you pay for. US Mobile‘s customer service is basically nonexistent. I am staying with T Mobile. Their higher rates are worth superior customer service.
