don’t use this company, they will trash your property, I’ve tried calling the company but as expected, no response, so I called UK energy who they did the work for, and put a complaint to them, but again not at all helpful

Great service lovely people efficient and fast working,informative and job well done
I was invited for an interview at this energy-saving company, followed by an in-person assessment. I was told I’d be contacted with the outcome shortly afterward. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up, despite being assured I would. The process felt quite disorganised, and there was a clear lack of communication. It’s disappointing, especially when candidates take time and effort to attend in good faith. Professionalism and clear communication are essential — especially in a sector that relies on public trust.

This is the second time I have the guys in to install new Air Conditioning units Both times the guys have turned up prompt - just cracked on - cleared up the mess - and did a great job Thanks to Tom, Nir and the team for the great work!!

Really good, friendly service from the office to installers. The lads who came and installed our system were extremely attentive and we were happy to let them take their time. They finished on time and kept everything neat and tidy, cleaning up thoroughly after themselves. Would highly recommend this company if you are considering getting a system for your home. At the very least get a survey, see what's possible. You might be surprised.

Due to the extreme temperatures we get more frequently these days, even for short periods, we opted to get air conditioning. No more hideously hot bedroom and inability to get to sleep in the sweltering heat. Our dog no longer overheats either. We opted to get a 2nd unit installed as the price quoted was also lower than expected, so we benefit from comfortable temperatures in several rooms now. Excellent service from first contact. Highly recommended.

Here is a company that knows how to treat it's customers well. I had the whole house converted from under floor gas heating to air conditioning comprising 2 outdoor heat pumps and 6 indoor units. All done in 4.5 days and on time. The guys who did the install were exceptional good, frankly I couldn't have asked for a better job. Well done to all.

I highly recommend UK Energy Services. I chose them to install two air conditioning wall units in my house due to their informative website and excellent customer reviews. I am very glad that I did because the service was outstanding from start to finish. Nick responded to my initial query within a few hours and came to do my survey the same week. He was very diligent, knowledgeable and happy to answer my questions. Nick then passed me over to Nir to arrange the installation. Nir was similarly customer-focused; always very friendly and courteous, and quick to respond to my emails. The installers, Rob and Sid, were just as professional. Both were approachable, polite and, I felt, very respectful of my home. I was impressed that they took extra care to get the indoor units sitting exactly right on my (uneven) walls, and they always tidied up after themselves. As it'd involve drilling through walls, I was expecting the installation to be much noisier than it actually was. My house is mid-terrace so I had pre-warned my neighbours but both said afterwards that they weren't at all disturbed by the work. I was also surprised by how quiet the units are when running. The indoor units are barely audible on their low setting and the outside unit, which I'd expected to sound like a jet engine, is no louder than a desk fan. In summary, I am delighted and wish I'd done this years ago because the heat of summer makes me very unwell. I'd already insulated my house to the hilt and employed all manner of things to try and keep it cool yet still June-August were generally miserable. I am finally looking forward to summer instead of dreading it. I do not hesitate to recommend UK Energy Services. It seems rare these days to find a company that operates with integrity and values customer service so when you find one they are to be celebrated. I have already recommended UKES to two of my friends and will continue to do so to everyone. I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much.

We found UK Energy Services by looking on line. I rang the number listed and spoke to a very professionally sounding Nick Ballard I told him what I was looking for and the system we wanted fitting. He said that he could do a site visit the next day and supply a quote. The following day Nick arrived as he said he would (sporting a rather fetching face mask). First impressions were excellent. I immediately felt at ease and confident in his character; there was no hard sell or pushing another system. He respected our choice and carried out a thorough appraisal of the situation. His manner throughout was warm and friendly. He answered all of my questions and some that I hadn’t thought of. Upon leaving he asked me for my email address and asked if there was anything else. Throughout this meeting we both wore face masks at all times. Within a day or so of our meeting Nick emailed a quote to me for our approval. On receipt of the quote I had many questions about the power of different units. I’m quite sure that I must have driven him quite mad at times, but he was wonderful and was quickly able to alleviate any anxiety I may have had about variations in the systems and remained warm and friendly throughout our communications. I was sold on UK Energy Services after our first meeting, but just to make sure my choice of installer was the correct one I did what I always do and recommend any one else to do and checked on line reviews very thoroughly because you never know. I found lots of great feedback and comments. My decision was vindicated and I have to say we have not been disappointed once with their commitment to customer service. Because we had already decided on a 3 room system the choice in the end was simple. We informed Nick of our decision and upon placing the order we paid the 50% upfront of the installation cost required. We were then provided with an installation date and time “as simple as that ”. The day before work started we cleared any furniture and decorations that may have impeded the engineers The first day of the installation Rob and Sidney turned up promptly at the time we were told they would and they wearing face masks too. We found them both to be very personable and professional young men. Within minutes they had arranged all of their tools and carried in numerous boxes of equipment. We settled ourselves in the kitchen and left them to it. There was a lot of drilling and a lot of vacuuming, as they cleared up as they went along. By lunchtime we had 3 new holes in the side of the house and 3 internal units on the walls. Before leaving in the evening they neatly part fitted Conduit down the side of the house and hid the tentacles of cabling and tubing springing from the new holes in the side of the house. On the second and final day they finished off the outside of the house “which looks amazing we both agreed”. They then installed the brackets for the outside unit and lifted the large condenser unit on to them, they carried out pressure testes, evacuated any air out of the system sealed and charged. They tested the system in each room, showed us how the system worked and that was it “no more baking in the hot summer heat”. One would think really with all of the work carried out that the engineers would have been quite obtrusive but in fact it was quite the opposite. They just got on with the job in hand. Whenever they needed to interact with us they were always careful to wear face masks. I cannot thank UK Energy Services enough. As I said earlier their commitment to customer care (experience) is exemplary, they treated us with respect as people (not numbers on a balance sheet). One could see that they cared by the quality of service they gave and the warm friendly staff that they employ, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you UK Energy Services, with special mention to Nick Ballard, fitters Rob and Sidney. it was a real pleasure doing business with you. We would recommend UK Energy Services to anyone wanting to install or service air-conditioning in to their homes.

UK Energy services were very quick, clean and efficient when installing my air con unit. They arrived when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves and followed up with an email to make sure I was satisfied. So all round a good job.
